 + -1 moreWhile he initially responded swiftly to our problem, Tom became much less helpful over time. When the problem returned, he never expressed interest in finding the real source of the leak, focused on either quick solutions or purchasing an entirely new unit, and failed to show for an appt w/o any phone call (resulting in us roasting for a weekend). A call to a more professional service led to a thorough nitrogen pressure test and no need to replace my unit (which is not even 10 years old). Tom may be helpful for small repairs, but don't expect dedicated work for larger projects.
Description of Work: A/C has not been working properly. Tom filled freon and later added leak stop additive.

Description of Work: PUT IN NEW FURNACE AND HUMIDITY SYSTEM AND AIR CONDITIONING UNIT, HE ALSO DID SOME ELECTRICAL WORK.
