Once you start looking for properties our agents will help you find the perfect property in your dream neighborhood. An X Plus agent will be with you from the first property viewing until you sign your mortgage papers at your closing. After you move into your first home, our service does not stop. Our agents are there to help you with any problems you might have. Do you need a painter or plumber? Feel free to call. We have a number of service personnel we highly recommend. If at any time you are curious about what your house might be worth, your agent is there to provide you with a comprehensive analysis of your home’s value. Weston, the owner of X Plus was essential in two rental property purchases for us. He has a great attitude and was committed to working with us until we found the right investment. He never pressured us to go after an offer that wasn't in our best interest. Along with an excellent knowledge of the real estate market, he also has experience with renovations and the business side of rental properties. Without his help, we would not have made these two investments. We highly recommend him and plan to use his services again.

Weston Harding is the president. The price was reasonable for the amount of time that they spent with me and the number of properties that I looked at. They spent months. I worked with Weston. He’s extremely responsive and knows a lot about architecture. He’s really interested in helping his clients. He’s very professional and very quick. I would use them again in the future if need be.
