They were terrible and they tried to cheat us and get out of it. It was a complete tear off of the roof with an application of a waterproof coating on top of the standard roofing materials. They also repaired some brick work masonry around the edges of the flat roof. It was for a condo. The price was good and it was one of the issues. We went up in the middle of one of their applications of the coating and they actually swapped out the more expensive coating for a less expensive coating. When we called them on it they walked off the job. We told them that we had it in the estimate that they would use the expensive coating and they would have to use that or else we would have to call the Better Business Bureau. They made a big fuss about it and called us a bunch of names but eventually they came back and finished up the job with the other coating. In the process of the repair of the roof one of the furnaces exhaust pipes was jammed so hard back down into the building that it dislodged. When we brought it to their notice that there was an issue they said they were not responsible. When we brought someone out from the furnace company they told us that it was coming from up above. All of the folks on the 3rd floor had this roofing material rain into their unit. I understand the fact that some of that was unavoidable but they didn’t let us know that was going to happen and they didn’t offer to clean it up. It is potentially hazardous material. It should have been properly disposed off. The 3rd floor owners had to go around their furnace and unit and clean up. I live on the 3rd floor and mine was just covered with tar, tar paper and some of the materials they used. These things come up with any other job but you got to prepare for it and when the customer says something happened like this thing you need to put your eyes on it and you need to fix it. They were so unhappy with us because we called them on this inferior product and then they said we had to pay them immediately. We told them that we would not pay till the job was done and it wasn’t a part of the original contract. It should have been in the contract and they should write it into the contract that the balance should be on satisfactory completion on the job. We are not satisfied because of the clean up issues and furnaces issues. It was not an expensive fix but we are sending them the bill. We haven’t heard anything from them and they use pretty strong language which is uncalled for. If you are unhappy with your customer make somebody else take the call or you cool off and then call. The issues just escalated and got ugly. We did a lot of research and found a bunch of companies because we were going to spend a lot of money. Problems do come up but the way they resolved the problems to me apart from swapping off the materials was bad business. When they were caught about it they just went off and for a couple of days we had the roof torn off and the big garbage dumpster thing in the street. We didn’t even know if they were coming back. We would have had to get a quote on a roof which was already pulled off. We didn’t know what work was done and what was not. It was really stressful and it shouldn’t have been that way. I don’t feel comfortable about what is up there on the roof. We have a warranty but they have not called us back about this other issue. Their price was the best. I am not sure if that was the best price because they were quoting one material and expected to swap it out but it definitely was the best price of the three that we had looked at. I would not rate them much on the quality because of the fact that we had to check and I would also factors into quality like the customer service when the materials rammed into the various units. They were not able to predict that that was going to happen or see what was going on at that time or respond to that in any way that the materials were not hazardous to clean up or are not going off our dollars on the bill or to come and professionally back in and clean out each of the units to make sure that there is not much of the materials left behind. They were very amateur in their response. They showed up approximately when they were supposed to.

They didn't fulfill the contract even though they were paid in full. I had someone else come out and look at the "finished product" about 2 months ago and said they did a pretty good job. They were on time and finished their work within about 6 hours. The supervisor came out to inspect the work that had been done and mentioned that I needed some work on my chimney. Had they fulfilled the contract with my gutters, I may have gone with them, but I didn't trust them.

I would not recommend them. They are definitely somebody you do not want to use. The owner was quite a boaster. They misrepresented a lot of things that they were going to do. I caught them trying to cut down on the materials. For the siding work, I had them come back four different times because the work was not done properly. They had done a sloppy job. The hardware for the skylights was never received by me and they did not return my calls. They subcontracted the job. Most of the workers did not speak English. It was a very unpleasant experience. Their price was fairly good, though. I will never use them again.

He was very nice on the phone and made an appointment to come out and look at the roof. No one showed up. I left multiple messages that were not returned and several days later someone finally answered the phone when I called. He had no idea that no one had shown up for my appointment (which makes me wonder what record they even had of it.) He apologized and set up another appointment. No one showed up again, and I was late for work because I waited for them. If they can't even come give me an estimate I don't have confidence in their ability to fix my roof.

It took them a couple of days, and they were friendly and efficient. At first I had to wait a while for service because of the tornado/windstorm in September, but finally they came out on a Sunday since I explained that my solar panel installation was waiting for the roof to be fixed.

FANTASTIC! THEY HAD 7 GUYS WORK 3 DAYS IN A ROW. DID EVERYTHING THEY SAID THEY WOULD, AND BUILT ME TWO FREE CHIMNEYS. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. ONLY DRAWBACK, ONCE YOU SIGN UP IT MAY TAKE A MONTH OR SO TO GET THEM OUT. THEY ARE PRETTY BUSY AS YOU CAN GUESS.
