I've had them for years. They're here when they say they are going to be here. When they give you a price, that's the price, no matter if another problem came up. He's just like, "Well, I said this, and that's the price it'll be".

They gave us a good price for our church. They are in our area. They were on time and they did the job right. I had no problem. They got the job done. We do have a warranty on the part.

Have dealth with this firm for many years. Always did a good job and friendly and professional service. Today's work was on a warranty but they called to remind me that the checkup was due on the equipment which they do twice a year. Would recommend these people for your airconditioning and heating work.

Absolutely top-notch. We went with the top-of-the-line models, but Bill Wantuck provided us with several options to choose from. He worked with us to decide on a new spot to install the furnace (the old place wasn't going to work with other changes we were making in the basement) and came up with an excellent solution. The guys who did the installation were very professional and efficient, and got everything cleaned up very well. The folks at the office were very helpful with the information about applying for the People's Energy rebate and the Federal tax credit for buying a high efficiency unit. The heating is working really, really well all through the house even when it went down to zero yesterday!

Was surprised that I needed this pad (I should have asked what it was for but didn't). Also, I had scked them to check the heat going into an upstairs bedroom. Because the home had been redone, that bedroom was always cold.
They could not do anything about that because they said they would not get to the ductwork without going through walls.
That is not an option.

They are very good. They solved the problem. It was an odd problem and it took them 3 times but they kept coming back and didn't charge for the service calls for the returns. They were prompt and professional and worked until they solved the problem.

They didn't tell me they broke it. If I wasn't getting the unit replaced, I would have to pay to get that piece fixed. I had used them exclusively until I saw that they broke the switch.

We lost our power over a weekend and the storm fried the controller board on the air conditioner. We put in an emergency call on a Sunday, had someone come take a look and then basically leave us with no more information. Monday our usual service person (we had Wantuck install our HVAC system four years ago) showed up, took a look at the system, explained the problem, drove out of the city to pick up a part, returned and installed it all on the same day. He was friendly, prompt, happy to meet our dogs and helpful. That's more like the service I have come to expect from Wantuck.

They were quick, honest, did a good job and didn't charge me an arm and leg. They were there on the day that I called.

They followed up and they gave me 3 comparisons in the brand that we wanted. Gave us extensive detail with choices and left it up to us to choose. I felt I could trust him. When the workman was here, we asked him to redirect some pipes and was amazing. No mess and did a great job!

Wantuck Heating and Air Conditioning Inc is run by Bill Wantuck and he is a highly recommended and highly trained individual. He explained to me all about my new system and how it is environmentally friendly because it doesn't use freon. I trust this contractor and his workers enough that I would leave my key with them. All of my neighbors use them, too. They are good, clean and honest.

I HAVE ALWAYS CARRIED A SERVICE CONTRACT WITH WANTUCK FOR HEATING and A/C. THEY TOLD ME TO CALL THE MANUFACTURER AND THEY COULD NOT EVEN PROVIDE ME WITH THEIR PHONE NUMBER. I HAD TO SEARCH THE INTERNET MYSELF. IF THIS IS HOW THEY TREAT THEIR LOYAL CUSTOMERS, I HATE TO SEE HOW THEY TREAT PEOPLE WHO JUST CALL IN FOR SERVICE. I WILL DEFINITELY MAKE A CHANGE TO A NEW COMPANY.
