They are incredibly skilled workmen and brought a large crew to deal with the tree removal and mulching of branches. They completed the work in a very timely manner and cleaned up the site, adjusted the telephone wires and maintained a safe worksite while working. I would and will hire them again. Bravo! These guys are awesome!!!

When it came to cutting the tree they did a great job. They were quick, organized, and efficient. However, Juan told me that they were going to add a liquid to help destroy the tree root and they never applied it. I called him and he said they would come the following week to do it but they never came. I reached out to Juan again and he stopped answering my calls and answering my texts. I have not heard from him since so the customer service was not a good experience.

I wish all of the people I hired as professional as this company. They were on tiime, efficient and cleaned up afterwards. I couldn't ask for more service.

Juan responded same day. He assessment included removal of several trees including stump grinding and removal of all debris at a great price. His crew showed up at 8am next day, fully equipped. In spite of power lines in the way they were done by 9:15am. Wow!

They were prompt and communicated well in the beginning. Showed up on time for the project. They did cut 2 very large trees down. Took about 8 hrs. Then the trouble started. We were told the job would take 1 day. They left the large logs in our front lawn. They said they would be back the next evening. They did not call at all. I had to call them. Then they said they would be there the day after due to issues with the truck. I did not get a call yet again. After several attempts to contact the person I was speaking to the whole time, I finally got in contact with Juan, who was unapologetic about everything. They destroyed not just the lawn that the trees were on, but my front lawn. Now my whole property looks completely unkempt after all the hard work we put into it. The cost was not the issue, it was the lack of communication and follow through with the completion of the work. Understandable that no one is perfect, but at least be consistent. This whole experience has me second guessing the other work I needed done on my home. The fear of the ghost contractor is real!
