Mr. Tilden Was great !! Very nice, professional, intelligent and fair priced.

Lucky for me, Tilden was having lunch not far from my home in Hyde Park. He was able to come by shortly and determine that a mouse was my refriderator's problem - it was blocking the fan that cools the compressor. He removed it (it was not alive), then checked that there was nothing else wrong. He also explained stuff about the fridge which I found useful. And he can take a credit card, although he accepted my personal check.

Unfortunately I cannot rate everything as I was not personally home. But according to my Mom, Mr. Tilden was professional. I would use him again in the future, if needed.

Arrived within expected window. Was courteous, professional and personable. Fixed problem and gave advice.

I was getting water on the floor after washing clothing and thought there was a hose leak. Tilden came out a day later, was prompt, professional and patient. Embarrassingly, the lint sock over the sink hose was so overly-coated that water was spraying into the air when I wasn't around to see it. So I changed the mesh (I keep fresh ones at all times). I think he charged me so little out of pity :o(

I used my Angie's List program and found this company. After reading the reviews, I decided to try this company. This company's representative was truly professional and knowledgeable regarding his line of work. My refrigerator is working fine. I would definitely recommend this company to my family and friends.

The service was very good. He was running late as all repairmen tend to do but he kept us up to date. He didn't just toss to the side and expect us to patiently wait for him. He was very courteous and professional. I found his pricing more than fair.

I chose them because of convenience, they were just in the neighborhood, and I wanted to support the neighborhood vendor as much as possible.

Americana refrigerator purchased from Home Depot a few years ago. It wasn't keeping products cold any more. I found Tilden through a web search. He promplty called me back and was able to begin working on the repair the same day. He charged $45 to a**** the problem. Once the problem was found, he began searching for a replacement motor and had found one by the next day. He kept me in the loop every step of the way. Once he found the motor, he promptly came back, replaced it, and got the refrigerator working again. He provides a 45 day warranty of his service. I'd highly recommend this service!
