They were incredibly responsive, out to quote the same day. I didn't shop them to compare quotes due to the time sensitive repairs, so rating value was tough. I wouldn't hesitate to call them for anything.

For this small repair project, to replace a couple of pieces of vinyl siding torn loose and broken in a storm, they came quickly to estimate, found siding to match, and completed the repair the next day. Exactly what we needed. Friendly, kind crew.

It was an emergency! Wind had sent some of our siding into our neighbor's yard. Sam came to check things out and gave us a fair appraisal. The next day he and his crew were at the house and quickly and efficiently replaced the missing siding.

I think if you own a flat roof youâ re very familiar with how repairs of flat roofing can be during rainy seasons. this morning I woke up to a leak in my master bedroom that could have ventured into waterfall territory, and shield responded to my call for help almost immediately! They came out and repaired everything so quickly I am astounded at the response time. The customer service I received was top notch and they discovered issues I did not even know I had. I definitely will be able to sleep tonight knowing my ceiling will not fall down upon me due to their workmanship.

Would absolutely work with Shield Masonry again! We contacted Shield Masonry to repair the chips and cracks in the front stairs leading up to our front door. Shield Masonry responded quickly, had someone out here to look at the stairs within a day, and provided a competitive quote (we got a second quote and it was 1/3 higher). The crew was friendly and helpful, and showed up promptly on the day they were going to do the work. They also completed all work in one day - which was really helpful since having your front stairs out of use for many days can be a huge inconvenience. Overall - a seamless experience!

Our 3 unit condo building needed tuckpointing in the front part of the building. The sides of the brick foundation were painted and needed to be scraped and repaired. I've managed the building for @ 15 years and used a lot of contractors. It's rare to have one show up promptly, offer a few different price point options and get the job done quickly. Shield Masonry did all those things! Sam and his team were super professional, courteous and the communication was excellent. It was perfect throughout the project. On top of the communication, Shield Masonry was the lowest quote I received out of several bidders. I highly recommend them for any tuckpointing/masonry projects!

After looking long and hard for a masonry service it was a relief to find Sam and his crew. They were punctual, always wore a mask when talking to me, called to check in and notify me of every step needed, his crew was very polite as hard working.
