Safe Heating & Cooling

Description of Work: I used the services of Safe Heating & Cooling in this week to fix a leak that I had in my air conditioning unit.

Description of Work: Francisco came out and gave me an estimate the following day after contacting him. He took his time and thoroughly examined the project. He came in on the bid several thousand dollars below the high bidders. Due to a dunce of a pipe fitter and his crew Francisco came out and repositioned the ducting for the airconditioning. Even though the pipefitter had thoroughly screwed-up the positioning of the pipes and taken two to three times more time than usual to screw it up Francisco came back and reworked everything to fix it. I was expecting him to charge me for the extra material and time( I didn't want to even see the pipefitter, I use the term lightly, to have him screw it up. So I decided to just pay the extra charges to Francisco. When I asked him how much he wanted to fix the problem he said (nothing ),he only wanted to make sure the job was done correctly and wanted to make sure I would be Happy. After the dunce ,this was a dream come true! He installed a hghly efficient Unico system upstairs and ducted it along with ducting in the basement as well. He also came out and charged the system up. After having the knuckle-head out here ,dealing with Francisco was a pleasure. He has been here promptly every time I have needed him. Done an excellant Job for a very favorable price and I feel absolutely confident that he will do an excelant job for everyonelse. As a result I feel compelled to pass this on to any prospective Angie list customers in need of either heating /airconditioning or both.If the other contractors were as professional,ethical and pleasant to work with as he is ,having the work done would be a lot easier on the client.
