Description of Work: I’m so pleased! Michelle from the office responded to my message right away and got me an appointment the following day. The wall unit was acting up in the new place I bought over the summer so I had turned it off. Mike came out, relit my pilot, cleaned the unit, and ensured it was safe to use.

Description of Work: Disappointment, they had to come out twice. First time I was told I needed to buy a new water heater. The second time the same guy came by & brought the piece that was needed to fix my problem after I complained. What kind of bs is that? They just wanted my $ w/replacing a tank that didn't need replacing. Now my problem is fixed after they brought by the new part. Smh

The new gas furnace is sophisticated in terms of adjusting it right, so they came back repeatedly till they got it right. They came a little later than the scheduled time. They are a good service provider.
Description of Work: I used Reeder to fix the central air conditioning, add a steam humidifier onto the air handler and replace a gas furnace.

Description of Work: There was no air conditioning coming through the ducts in the guest room in my new home. They investigated and discovered that they needed to be rebalanced and now my guests are as cool as can be!

+ -1 moreTHEY REALLY WORKED HARD AND EARNED THEIR MONEY REMOVING THE FURNACE. IT WAS THE ORIGINAL 1903 UNIT, AND WAS HUGE! THESE GUYS HAD TO TAKE IT ALL A PART AND REMOVE IT PIECE BY PIECE FROM THE BASEMENT. I FELT THE PRICE WAS EXTREMELY REASONABLE FOR ALL OF THE WORK THEY DID. THEY WERE VERY PROMPT AND WE ALSO HAD A GOOD REFERENCE FOR THEM. THEY ARE VERY HELPFUL AND INFORMATIVE ABOUT SAFETY ISSUES, AND THEY SEEM TO REALLY CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS. THEY ARE NICE PEOPLE TO WORK WITH.
Description of Work: THEY REMOVED A VERY LARGE OLD FURNACE ($500), INSTALLED NEW FURNACE ($8300).
