My air conditioning went out at night, Ralphs Heating was there the next morning. Fixed the issue right away. The service tech was very professional and very customer friendly. I highly recommend Ralphs Heating.

Their price is no more or less than anyone else. I would absolutely use them again. They put the boiler in and we had a lot of trouble with the electronic control on the boiler. It took them well over 20 visits to get it sorted out. They considered a personal challenge to fix it. They didn't charge us, they came out every time we had a problem. He just kept working and kept working. He had manufacturers come out and look. He kept working on the boiler until he got it running like it was supposed to. Now it just runs wonderful, we keep the house set at 60 degrees and it keeps the house warm all winter.

They of course are excellent. They have been in business for ages. He's excellent and I've used him for years.
He had to take out a piece of the old pipe. He cut a new piece and replaced it and installed it. It took him less than an hour. They have been in business a very long time. His father had the business and now it's his son that is the primary owner and worker. I've only had to use them about 3 times but I've known them since the 70's.
They work perfectly well and everything is perfect and lasting once they do the work. They are just people of integrity. It doesn't seem to be overcharging for the things that they do. They work quickly. They work in a very focused way and they get your job done and they're out and that's it. They are also very observant. When they walk in your house if they need to take their shoes off. They ask you thing like that. You don't even have to ask them. They are looking and observing for these little details that just show that they are just caring people.

It did take several follow up visits to get it adjusted but they did this and came right out and finally got it working. They are prompt, call before they come, and trustworthy. They left the area clean. They return to check on how its working. I was happy with the service.

I had a furnace issue - it would not start up and heat the house. The service man came out and accessed the problem - told me I needed some parts replaced and the system needed a good cleaning. I had the work done. Within a few days, the furnace would not heat again and I called thinking I'd be under some type of 30/90 day service warranty but instead they charged me an additional fee plus extra for a weekend (emergency) call and this service man also worked on the furnace and told me he had to give it a good cleaning. When I stated the other service call included a good cleaning, he replied he cleaned a different area. they repaired my furnace but I would be reluctant to use them again because I felt taken advantage of at a stressful time of year when the winter season was coming.

The job went well. Have not had any issues since the repair. They were on time and very professional. They are a bit pricey though, but i would strongly consider using them again.

PURCHASED MY OWN FURNACE and A/C ONLINE FROM THE A/C OUTLET.COM. I PURCHASED A 92% EFFICEINT, 13 SEER,115KBTU FURNACE and 3 TON A/C UNIT. THE TOTAL COST, WITH FREE SHIPPING, WAS $2073. RALPH'S HEATING REP STATED: and quot;WE DON'T INSTALL EQUIPMENT THAT IS NOT PURCHASED FROM USand quot;. HE CLAIMED THIS WAS BECAUSE OF LIABILTY ISSUES. I INSTALLED HVAC SYSTEMS FOR OVER 20 YEARS. BUT, DUE TO BURSITIS IN MY ELBOWS, I WAS UNABLE TO DO THE INSTALL. I FOUND A LOCAL COMPANY ( ALWAYS READY REPAIR) TO COMPLETE THE INSTALLATION. THEY FABRICATED and INSTALLED A NEW PLENUM and NEW RETURN AIR DROP. THEY ALSO ( PER MY REQUEST ) RELOCATED THE A/C CONDENSING UNIT FROM MY PATIO TO THE SOUTH SIDE OF MY HOUSE. THIS FREED UP MY ENTIRE PATIO. ALL FOR $1200. THE TOTAL COST OF THE UNITS, RELOCATION, and INSTALLATION WAS LESS THAN $3300. THIS WAS AT LEAST 67% LESS THAN MY ENTIRE HIGHEST ESTIMATE. ANGIE'S LIST WAS STILL VERY HELPFUL, and I WILL CONTINUE TO BE A MEMBER.

It was $89 and they gave us an Angie's List discount which reduced the cost to $65. They were very good. They recommunicated mostly by email which was fine with me and they were very responsive to my emails when I had questions or when I had to set up an appointment.

They were terrible. They weren't friendly and I didn't think that they were really courteous. I had a warranty on my furnace and he told me that I couldn't use it. I got no conversation out of him. One of my kids came home and said that they didn't think it was really working well, so I called them and the guy came back. I have two sets of sliding glass doors in different sections of the room and he said it was hot in there because of the sliding glass doors. I then said to him isn't that why we have air conditioning. He then went downstairs and looked around. He came back up, went outside, and said the condenser wasn't clean. He hosed down the condenser and said it should work, but then he gave me a bill. I said to him that he was just here two days ago and now you're giving me a bill, but he says that is what they told him to do. I gave him a check and told him that I will also be calling them as he walked out the door. I called them and at first they didn't understand. They said they will call the driver to see what happened. They called the driver and gave me a refund, but I don't think it was a complete refund. I think they ended up ripping up the check, but I thought that they were very rude. I couldn't even talk to them. I found out six months later that my warranty really was in affect and they should've honored it. I called Goodman because I have a Goodman furnace and they said yes it was, but at that point I was just so disgusted I said forget it. They did eventually fix it, but there are so many people out there that you can use and they don't think people should be like that. I think in this day and age you do find that people are much more polite, much more willing to help you, and more courteous because they know that there are a lot of people out there. They were punctual, but I won't consider using them in the future.

Went well at initial installation, but having trouble afterwards with my service agreement. The boiler goes out randomly, and they have to come out regularly to fix it. Helpful and professional so far.
