 + -1 moreI contacted this company to evaluate the HVAC system in a home I was obtaining a mortgage for and provide a bid for any needed repairs. The lender required that a HVAC licensed contractor evaluate the heating and cooling system and provide an evaluation report. I was initially very excited to work with this company; I found them to be very responsive, professional and very nice. However, after the initial appointment, the company became evasive, unresponsive and a huge disappointment. They did provide a bid, however after two weeks of attempting to obtain an evaluation report, I decided to stop contacting them. Their unresponsiveness caused additional stress to a process that was stressful enough!
Description of Work: The contractor evaluated an HVAC system and provided a bid.
