 + -1 moreFound them to be rude and not service-oriented. Though I have used them in the past, I chose not to use them now or in the future. After assessing the plumbing situation, they never called me back to let me know the problem. I contacted them and they said they did not handle "fixture" problems. I have never heard of a plumber that does not handle bathroom fixtures!
Description of Work: They came out to fix a leak under the sink in my powder room. No work was done

 + -1 moreAFTER I TALKED TO SOMEBODY IN THE OFFICE, WHO WAS VERY NICE, HE SAID HE WAS GOING TO CALL ME BACK TO TELL ME WHEN HE COULD COME. AFTER WAITING FOR A MONTH, HE NEVER CALLED ME BACK.

 + -1 moreHE WAS VERY FRIENDLY AND EXPLAINED WHAT HE WAS DOING AND HOW LONG IT WOULD TAKE. IT WAS A BIG JOB, THE PLUMBING WAS OLD, SO HE HAD TO REPLACE EVERYTHING. AND THE WALL WAS BUSTED OPEN FROM THE BURSTING PIPE. HE DID A GREAT JOB.
Description of Work: THE FAUCET IN OUR BATHTUB EXPLODED AND HE FIXED IT.
