 + -1 moreParliament made the whole experience very easy and pleasant. The man was clean, nice, and professional. He went right to work and was done quickly and had all of the tools he needed right with him. He did a great job.
Description of Work: Parliament did a yearly service on the central air system in my 28000 square foot home including vacuuming it out and changing the filters.

 + -1 moreTHEY HAVE BEEN OUT TEN TIMES TO FIX PROBLEMS THAT SHOULD HAVE BEEN FIXED THE FIRST TIME. THEY HAVE COME OUT 3 TIMES TO FIX THE THERMOSTAT, 3X'S FOR A LOUD NOISE COMING FROM THE UNIT PROPER, AND THERE IS NOW NO HEAT. EVERY TIME WE HAVE TALKED TO THEM THEY NEVER GIVE AN EXACT TIME OR EVEN SHOW UP TO DO THE WORK. VERY UNRELIABLE. WHEN I CALLED TO REPORT THE NOISE THEY MADE IT SOUND LIKE THE UNIT WAS BLOCKED AND MIGHT BE A MAJOR PROBLEM, THEY MADE ME WORRY ABOUT POSSIBLE CO2 FILTRATION. WE HAVE HAD PROBLEMS WITH THE OWNER AND GETTING THIS FIXED. I HAVE TO TAKE TIME OFF WORK TO WAIT FOR THEM TO COME, WHICH IS AN INCONVENIENCE AND LOSS OF MONEY FOR ME.
Description of Work: THEY INSTALLED OUR BOILER BACK IN SEPT OF 06. THEY HAVE BEEN OUT MULTIPLE TIMES TO FIX PROBLEMS.
