MARIAN REALTY INC

Our condominium association contacted multiple clients of Marian Realty as part of our review of management companies and were impressed with their ongoing fine reputation for high-quality management and professionalism. We were looking for a local company that understands our neighborhood and the challenges of 100-year-old buildings, and the references included such clients(everyone we spoke to loved them!). We hired Marian as of 11/1/2013 to manage our 12-unit condo association (after having been managed by another company for about 7 years) and have been pleased with their approach to management -- they are caring professionals who are respond promptly and effectively to our requests and concerns. The monthly fee is higher than that charged by our previous management company but we are glad to pay a bit more for more professional service. [Since the ongoing monthly fee would vary with the size of an association/building, I have not listed it in this review. I write this review as president of the condo association.]
