Not impressed by lack of response.

This company is great. They came out and measured and in 3 days were out to install and left in 45 mintues. I inspeceted the work with them and I had no problems. Would use them again.

Communication was a little difficult with both scheduling and the person doing the work. Quality of work was good and it was the least expensive quote I got.

This may have been the most painless remodeling project I have ever undertaken. I requested a estimate via email and received one within the day. We scheduled a day when someone could come out and measure and the measurements were taken at that time. A time was scheduled for the windows to be replaced and the windows were replaced at that time. The workmen worked quickly and did a very nice job. Affterwards, they cleaned up both inside and out. I was very happy with the results!

Barbara at Glass Block Factory gave us an estimate on the phone, based on my measurements. Within days Jack was out to measure for accuracy. Barbara set up the installation about a week later, conveniently on the weekend. Jack and Chester installed the windows in a couple of hours and cleaned up. They did a great job and we love the windows.

They had a hard time because the installation was on the first floor of a two flat building, which was rather high and the window must have weighed 300lbs. They did finally get them in and I was very happy. I am very happy with the work and the installers. Cleanup was not bad. They had to reschedule the original appointment, but Barbara did call to let me know. I would use them again because I have large basement windows I would like to get replaced with glass blocks in the future.

Barbara was always clear and concise and easy to work with. Our price included $150 of permits passed through to us, which Glass Block arranged and picked up at our city hall- this was an extra step that I appreciated. The workers arrived an hour late- a pet peeve- but that was the only drawback. All work was completed efficiently and beautifully. When I pointed out some gaps in our interior construction (not their work) that framed the window, they filled it in with some caulk for me, another extra step I appreciated. Overall, very happy to get rid of our old casements and feel more secure. Thinking about hiring them for our bathroom window next spring.

Glass Block Factory was excellent in every way. They responded quickly to our request for a quote, delivered and installed as promises and cleaned everything before they left. This is a great company to do business with.

Barbara was a pleasure to work with the whole time from the immediate quote over the phone (based on my measurements), to scheduling the job within a week. We scheduled the work for a Saturday morning but due to an emergency Barbara called to reschedule to later in the afternoon. Unfortunately, rain delayed the project to the next week. Barbara called early that Saturday morning to inform us that they could not install due to the weather and immediately rescheduled for the following Saturday morning--and vowed to make sure the workers would be at the house between 8:30-9:00 am. The workers arrived at 8:55. The old windows were tough to pry out, but the workers were very considerate to put down covering on the floor and even on our lawn...or lack thereof since we have not had our sod installed yet! My ONLY concern: although the workers were clean and professional, they spoke little English, so it was tough to communicate with them. Other than that--GREAT JOB!

From start to finish, a pleasure to work with. Scheduled an estimate and within a few days someone was out measuring. Received an estimate quickly and it was very reasonable. Paid half of the cost up front and then scheduled the work to be done and it was complete within one week. The gentlemen who did the work were very courteous and friendly and left no mess behind. Did excellent work! I would definitely recommend this company.

OVERALL, I WAS PLEASED WITH THE EXPERIENCE. THE WORK WAS DONE PROFESSIONALLY. THE ONLY PROBLEM I HAD WAS THAT ALL THE PERSONNEL DID NOT SPEAK ENGLISH WELL AND I DID NOT UNDERSTAND A WORD THEY SAID. THE WORK WAS EXCELLENT, HOWEVER, COMMUNICATION POOR.

TWO MEN CAME AT THE TIME THEY SAID THEY WOULD BE HERE. THEY WERE VERY GOOD, WE ARE VERY PLEASED!

WORK WAS RESCHEDULED TWICE, DUE TO THE WEATHER. TWO INSTALLERS CAME OUT ON A SATURDAY AFTERNOON AND STAYED UNTIL THE JOB WAS COMPLETED. THEY CLEANED UP EVERYTHING WHEN THEY WERE DONE AND TOOK ALL OF THE DEBRIS WITH THEM. EVERYONE I DEALT WITH WAS POLITE AND HELPFUL. WOULD USE AGAIN.

THEY DID A GREAT JOB AND WERE VERY HELPFUL IN PICKING OUT THE RIGHT KIND OF GLASS BLOCK. THE INSTALLERS WERE VERY QUIET AND FINISHED ON TIME.
