I like the door - very happy with it. I like the color. I've even ordered the same kind & color door for the back & it's supposed to be installed in a week or so! The installer did a very good job. I'm happy overall with the job that they did.

Everything went well - They showed up on time & the work satisfactorily.

The service was all good from start to finish. It cost what they said it would. There were here when they'd be. They weather sealed & fitted the door to the frame. Everything works.

They are good, I have used them in the past, but went with another company due to cost.

Marty maintained excellent contact on the project from quoting through completion, assuring all work was completed per plan. Pricing quotes were clear and final cost remained very close to original estimates. The overall Brighton team was great to work with in determining and implementing options to address unexpected items that came up due to the unknowns of the 35 your old basement while keeping the project on track. Marty and Laura's daily attention through the life of the project assured that the work progressed well between Brighton's team, electrical and plumbing sub-contractors and the village inspectors. I am trilled with my new basement living space and look forward to enjoying it for many years to come.

They are a great company to work with and I would highly recommend them. They are very good workers and they are constantly working. These awnings are the exact same that I purchased many years ago, and they are the only company that makes this type of awning. Everyone else has pre-made awnings, these awnings, you have to make special. All of the storms I have been through, they have endured and I love these.

I went to Brighton to inquire about the bars. I gave them the measurements, and they had them made. I could be wrong about the price, but I remember that I felt it was reasonable. It did take a little longer than I expected, but may they had to make it off sight. They were very nice, pleasant and helpful.

They were here when they said they would be. It was easy to decide what to do. They explained to me clearly what was going to be done. I would recommend them and use them again.

Brighton Home Products was very good about taking time with me and they also followed up to make sure I was still satisfied that everything was working well. How clearly they explained things to me was the most important thing and they did this very well. The people I dealt with here were all very informative and the service man was nice and neat.

They did an excellent job. Scheduled it soon after they looked at it and came as scheduled. It was not a big job so they had to charge their minimum. I hired them anyway because of their reliability.

The service and products were wonderful - I never worried about anything. The estimate was free and also pressure free. Once I selected Brighton to complete the work, they fit me into the schedule. The installation was quick (2 days) and they even installed a new side garage door for me. I am very pleased with the work. The people were very professional and friendly. I would absolutely hire this company again!

Brighton Home Products were a little pricier than I expected. However, the higher price was due to the non-standard door size that was necessary for the screen door. They were very professional and prompt for the door measurement visit and the installation. The additional price was worth it.

We were thrilled with the quality of the work and service. After securing the bid, the contractor ensured that everything went smoothly and that the work was performed well. He gave us confidence. The installers were always on time, gave great attention to detail, were NEAT, and worked with us to ensure everything was done to our liking. All of this at a very reasonable rate compared to some other companies. You may find some slightly cheaper, but you're unlikely to find any better.

The rep arrived on time and with all the relevant materials. He was quite knowledgeable about the product lines and did not rush us in our decision-making. After determining that all of the doors needed to be custom made (one door was 4 inches shorter than those available off the rack, one was wider), he was able to provide a detailed quote, which we accepted. The doors were delivered on time (9 weeks) and were neatly installed (by the same rep). One of the doors had some minor scratches on one piece and another piece had been fabricated too short. Both were replaced quickly and at no charge. I also talked to the rep about giving us a price for a bathroom renovation and for storm windows. We had some discussion of the bathroom job, but strangely there was no follow through on their end with that project. We did receive an estimate for the storms though. We are happy with the work that they did and with their service. Our doors are beautiful, especially the front door.

The workers did a great job. They arrived early on the site and got the soffit and fascia up on the front of the house including the dormer. All the front windows (5) were capped.

RICK CAME OUT VERY PROMPTLY TO GIVE US AN ESTIMATE ON A NEW DOOR THAT LEADS INTO THE GARAGE, AS WELL AS A SWINGING DOOR THAT WAS BROKEN, INSIDE THE HOUSE. AS OUR HOUSE IS A BUNGALOW, HE ENCOURAGED US ALSO TO GET ESTIMATES FROM A MILL WORKER, AS THE DOORS ARE CONSIDERED ANTIQUE AND THE WOOD IS SO GOOD AND DIFFICULT TO FIND. THE PRICE FOR THE GARAGE DOOR SEEMED HIGH, BUT WE HAVEN'T DONE ANY COMPARISONS YET. IT MAY BE RIGHT ON TARGET.

THE WHOLE EXPERIENCE WAS A PLEASURE BECAUSE EVERYONE WE DEALT WITH WAS SO PROFESSIONAL. THE TIME ESTIMATE FOR INSTALLATION WAS VERY ACCURATE, THE INSTALLERS OBVIOUSLY KNEW THEIR JOB, THE WORKSITE WAS VERY CLEAN AFTERWARD, AND THE PRICE WAS FAIR. WE ARE VERY HAPPY WITH THE RESULT.

THEY ARE VERY GOOD & REASONABLE. COMPARED TO (ANOTHER COMPANY), THEY WERE GREAT. I COULD NOT EVEN GET SOMEONE FROM (ANOTHER COMPANY) TO COME OUT TO MEASURE. RICK LEFFLER HAS BEEN WONDERFUL.
