The project went very smoothly. Once quoted, we were given a start date and approximate schedule for completion. Adam was able to maintain the schedule, while accomodating running changes due to our buildling being older, and cosmetic changes we requested. He is also offered great suggestions to implement our overall vision. The workers were on time, and always courteous- answering questions and even offering to help carry in the groceries! We are very happy with the results- Our back yard looks great, the water now flows away from the building instead of towards it and we can see the flowers in our back yard with our new larger windows on the first floor. Another plus was the neatness that was maintained during the construction- We had minimal (expected much more) disruption to the gardens, and they also assisted in moving large planters and pots to safer spots. We recommend Brayview Construction very highly.

Brayview construction completed the gut rehab on my 4500 sq foot home in 2005. They completed all aspects of the job and delivered the project on time and on budget. Since that time, I have Brayview for 3 other jobs - buidling a 3car brick garage, buidling a 650 sq foot deck with custom planters and cabinets, and general handyman type work (internal/external painting, installing garbage disposal, etc.) They always come in with a very fair price and their workmanship is excellent. I have referred several of my colleagues and friends to Brayview and wont hestiate to use them in the future.

It went great from start to finish. The price was a little higher than expected, but it was worth every penny. Brayview's crew were always friendly, punctual and professional. They finished on time (even with inclement weather) and remained exactly on budget. No hidden costs anywhere. I would recommend them for any home improvement project you may have.

The whole process from start to finish was enjoyable. The workers were always on time and did their job quickly and professionally. They cooperated in the professional manner with my building engineer and property management. Any small request I had that changed original plan of work were taken seriously and followed immediately. I am very satisfied.

Brayview is the best out there. They take pride in their work as if it were the own home. They finish jobs.projects on time and even before expected date. They are very friendly and have excellent customer service which is very difficult to find these days.

Our experience with Brayview was fantastic. Brayview was realistic in its projections including price and time. Adam, the principal, takes a lot of pride in his work. As a result, he was very involved with the designer and architect in planning the project. He added practical details, such as using a folding door in the mechanical room so it would be easier to make subsequent repairs. When we began the project, Adam was very involved in management of the process. He was at the house weekly and made sure all of the trades were coordinated, in terms of timing, and accommodated several delays by suppliers. The project was completed on time and at budget. In addition, after the project was completed, we had problems with parts of the house that Adam did not work on. Adam responded promptly to our requests and provided additional services at a very reasonable cost. All in all, I would highly recommend Brayview and we had a great experience.

Adam stayed completely within budget and offered solutions to even cut the budget. Both him and his subcontractors were professional, prompt and respective. They work efficiently, friendly and expertly. We have hired Adam again and again for various new house projects and he always seems to amaze.

I have lots of friends who have had additions put on their house and my experience was completely different from theirs. Once Brayview began construction, there were people working at our house every day. Adam's scheduling was flawless and he foresaw issues before they came up. I think he even understood that I needed two or three days to make any decision, so he asked for them early. Adam's craftsmanship was great and he chose terrific subcontractors. They looked for ways to save money while making quality their top priority. Since we have moved in we've needed Adam to come back for odds and ends, mostly unrelated to the work he did. He never complains about doing small jobs and treats them with the same care as the big remodeling work. I would strongly recommend Adam for any project, from a small handy-man job to a full blown addition.

Adam did an excellent job in working with us to provide a complete proposal for the scope of work we were considering. Of all general contractors I felt most comfortable with his staff of sub-contractors that I met. With one exception he was prompt with information and his easy personality matched well with ours. Of all the general contractors he was the most expensive (by a lot) but I felt the quality of his work would have matched it. In the end we didn't choose the lowest bidder, nor did we choose the highest in Brayview. We really liked Adam and would recommend him first to our friends.
