Very prompt service to repair door handle on dishwasher. Did a decent job, although a few, apparently nonessential parts, were not reinstalled. For about 20 minutes of service, in which I supplied the necessary part, I was charged $207. The $7 charge was a surcharge for using a credit card. Illinois law states that companies may charge only 1% of cost or the actual cost of using credit card, whichever is less. Thus, the credit card charge should have been $2.

I have a 30+ yr old. Built in double oven which has been discounted, as have the parts. The technician was able to find someone to repair it, and when the first repair didnt work, took it for another repair and then a successful installation, saving me from a partial remodel of my kitchen!

He changed the part at the same moment, and now the microwave is in action! I liked that he did everything calmly, didn't hurry anywhere, but didn't drag the repair all day long either. Really happy with his work, highly recommend!
