Andres roofing did an excellent job of tearing off and replacing my roof. They were responsive and easy to work with. Their price is competitive and I would recommend you give them a try if your in the market for a roof repair or replacement.

The work was done on time. The roof appears to be okay. Did not appreciate nails being put through the occupied attic apartment room. Some of the workers either did not know about the length of nails or did not care. Plenty of black marks on my building thatI had to clean myself. Spilling paint on my sidewalk and leaving it there makes me wonder why. Positives are the price and being prompt and courteous.

A very professional and highly qualified organization. The team was helpful, reliable and performed excellent work. They took the extra step to make sure all questions were answered and all information provided. Highly recommeneded!

I would not recomment this contractor. They made errors in their quote for the work, did not keep a compitent person on the site at all times, did not have a port-john delivered to the job site and did not measure anything with a ruler/tape. Did not use a level when installing the gutters. If I did not stay home to monitor the work and inspect the roof myself this could have been a disaster. The crew was unable to speak english or understand my directions. Only when the superitendent or owner showed up could my requests be responded to.

On Monday, May 24, 2010, they came out as promised to install my roof at 7:00 a.m. It took them until 10:00 p.m. the same day to install the roof. As of the writing of this rating which is Friday, May 28th, 2010, they still have not completed the job. Sergio promised me on Monday, May 24, 2010 that he would come back the next day in the afternoon and have his crew clean up and complete the job. I have not heard from anyone at this company; the roof is not complete; there has been damage to my gutters; my daughter and I had to clean up water bottles and nails. I am extremely disappointed with the service, or lack there of that I received.

Andres did a very good job and cleaned up after themselves. The only issue that I would advise buyers to do is to get a not to exceed price. These contractors give you a base price to tier off the roof then a cost for each additional 4x8 plywood roof section that they need to replace, usually around $30.00 each. Therefore you go into the project with an open ended project cost. In my case the roofers told me they had to replace the whole roof and my estimate of $5,000 ballooned to $7,500 when they were done. I had figured about 50 sheets to do the whole house they charged me for 66. Its hard to argue at 8pm at night when their leaving!

Showed up on time and fixed the roof quickly and effectively. Very friendly and helpful.

Had the roof done just before winter set in. Excellent job. Clean up was terrific. Very customer service oriented. Had them replace my attic fan. A week or so, after the job was done, I noticed that the fan was louder than my old one. It actually woke me up one night. I researched the fan that they installed and learned that it was a very good fan with excellent capacity. However, the noise was going to keep me awake in the summer. By this time winter had set in, and they agreed to work to fix my concern when the weather got better. Spring came. They came back and replaced the fan with one that is less powerful, and quieter.

Andres did an excellent job. They arrived on Friday, did a complete tear out (multiple layers) replaced some decking, rebuilt chimney and installed all new gutters and downspouts, plus laid the new asphalt shingles, and they had the job completed and cleaned up by Saturday noon. I was amazed. I've already recommended them to two other friends who need work done.

Everything was made on time and quickly. Good Quality. Starter shingles weren't used as was promised, effect of which cannot tell so far. Hope it doesn't make any difference. The roof does not leak so far, looks great. Cobra ventilation seems work very well.

While I was happy with the work they did on my roof, I was not happy with the time it took me to get in contact with them as well as the mess that was left when they were done. After getting in touch with them and getting an estimate, I signed and faxed it back to them to wait for a response. They called me 20 minutes before close of business and left a message and I couldn't get ahold of them for 2 more days. As for the clean up. I understand if they leave and it's getting dark out and you can't find all the pieces of shingles but at least say you'll be back out to finish cleaning up. I have a puppy that almost choked on some of those.

Excellent!!! I had a new roof, chinney, Fascia, gutters, downspouts and gutter guards installed. Sergio is very knowledgable and answered all my questions and made recomendations on what should be done. His team was superior, they know the meaning of teamwork, my project was completed in one day. My home looks wonderful and clean up of the work area was great. It was getting dark when they finished, but were back the next morning to insure evertything was right, Pricing was very competative. and they are a very professional company. These are the guys to use.

Sergio came in with a great estimate and he worked to find the shingles in the color we wanted. He found gutter guards that matched and everything was installed in one day. I did find a couple of roofing nails but considering the amount material that came off the roof I think that the clean up was well done. I would highly recommend them.
