Description of Work: had contacted a competitor prior to selecting Aaron's. The other service arrived with the wrong order even though they had been advised repeatedly what was required to complete the job. They could not return the same day- so with the suggestion of a neighboring police officer, she advised Aaron's is the ONLY go to for glass/windshield replacement needs. | |Aaron's was friendly, efficient, understood the need for expediency- arrived on time, and replaced the vandalized window; cleaned the car completely and affordability was outstanding. We saved approximately 90.00 compared to the competitor- we are and have continued to be completely satisfied with their work and would recommend no other service than Aaron's!

Description of Work: I made the unfortunate discovery that my car floor was soaked. Where did the water come from? I brought the car to a nearby, expensive car repair shop, and for $90 they agreed to do the diagnostics. Turned out there was a leak in my windshield. They said they would replace the windshield and seal it for a cost of $500 more. Yikes. So I looked elsewhere, and found Aaron Auto Glass from good reviews online. I called them and they said to bring the car in anytime, or they would send out their mobile unit to come and repair my windshield at my home for just a few dollars more. I brought the car to them. They are an organized, large, polite and fast business specializing in windshields. They quickly confirmed the problem and resealed the windshield for like $40. Unbelievable. They did it while I waited. It is now more than half a year later, and no more water in my car. What a bargain.

Description of Work: They repaired my car's side broken window. They did it at my home, they were on time, came in one day and they were more reasonable than their top competitor plus they used original factory glass. I would never use anyone but them in the future, they were also recommended by my auto mechanic. Wonderful experience if you have to have a broken window.

Description of Work: Best price. Drop off your car, read a magazine in the waiting room, and in about 40 minutes your car is done. Best price and have never had a problem. I've been to these guys 3 times and will go back every time I need a windshield.

 + -1 moreI CALLED AHEAD TO ENSURE THE GLASS I NEEDED WAS IN STOCK AND THE HEATING ELEMENT WORKING. THE REPRESENTATIVE SAID IT WAS, GAVE ME A QUOTE AND SAID IT WOULD TAKE APPROXIMATELY ONE HOUR TO COMPLETE THE JOB. BECAUSE THE GLASS WAS USED, SHE ALSO SAID I WAS WELCOME TO INSPECT IT BEFORE IT WAS INSTALLED. UPON ARRIVAL, THE WORKER DISCOVERED THE HEATING ELEMENT WAS NOT WORKING AND ASKED ME TO WAIT IN THE LOBBY WITH NO EXPLANATION AS TO WHAT HE WAS DOING. I ASKED ONE OF THE OFFICE STAFF TO EXPLAIN WHAT WAS GOING ON. HE BECAME SURLY AND LAUNCHED INTO A TIRADE ABOUT HOW MUCH HE HATES IMPATIENCE AND IF I COULDN'T BE PATIENT, I SHOULD GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. I EXPLAINED THAT I WAS SIMPLY LOOKING FOR AN EXPLANATION, WHICH HE THEN GAVE ME AND I AUTHORIZED HIM TO COMPLETE THE WORK. (THEY WENT SOMEWHERE ELSE AND GOT AN ACCEPTABLE PIECE OF GLASS). I ENDED UP WAITING FOR APPROXIMATELY AN HOUR AND 45 MINUTES. BOTTOM LINE: EXCELLENT PRICES, PROBABLY GOOD WORK, SURLY, AND DISORGANIZED ADMINISTRATION.
