My washing machine needed service and although it was not complicated the technician was professional, very cordial and super efficient. I was highly impressed and told him they now have a client for life.....that speaks for itself!

Alex was prompt, professional, and courteous! He was great to work with on this project, we will use him on any of our Appliance projects in the future! Alex was our technician and he was fantastic. He was communicative and on time. He identified the problem, ordered the part and came back the very next day or very soon after to replace it. Then after fixing that part, we found out that there was an issue with the computer portion of the dishwasher. Most technicians would have you replace the dishwasher at that point, but Alex dove into the specs and the specifications to discover a safety mechanism that had to be reset a certain way for the computer to start working again once this specific part had gone bad. He followed through by fixing hat issue and our dishwasher now works perfectly. He saved us hundreds of dollars. He is detial-oriented and clearly takes great pride in his work. I highly recommend him. We will reaching out to him for all our appliance needs in the future.

It was great, able to get back to me in a timely manner. Prior to coming out he went through the details that were best for my home. He was able to get my appliances replaced and fixed for a very fair price and he didn't try to tack on additional charges.

Outstanding service, reasonable prices

Outstanding service! The refrigerator wasn't holding its temperature. Alex immediately and accurately identified the problem over the phone. I looked online to understand the repair process and determined I could do it with some coaching. Alex agreed to a FaceTime video service call to minimize potential Covid exposure. He found a company near our house, and I picked up the parts. Using FaceTime, he guided me through disassembly of the freezer compartment, removal of the defective parts, and installation of the new ones. The refrigerator is now working again! And Alex charged a very reasonable fee for the remote service call. I can't thank him enough for agreeing to this innovative approach.

Alex - who came to our home during this "shelter in place" s-show was better than I could have imagined. Not only did he quickly come to our home and correctly assessed the problem we were having - he drove 30 miles roundtrip to get us the parts we needed to get our freezer/refrigerator back up and running. Professional (took all the safety precautions required by the Cov-19 protocols), and was just a good guy while our kid and puppy created distractions. He also texted me this morning to make sure everything was still up and running in good shape. Simply won't find a better person to help you in an emergency. Period.

Excellent! Alex knew what was wrong with our fridge just from a brief conversation over the phone, and came quickly with all of the parts we needed. The noise and frost buildup we were seeing has gone now, and the price for the repair was exactly what he’s quoted over the phone. Very happy.
