The issue required more work than I anticipated but Patrick pointed out the reason for the additional work and clearly explained what he needed to do and how he would do it. A-1 Patrick's Plumbing & Sewer Services is definitely a high quality and professional service provider.

I can tell he care about his customers and is not just looking for business. I will definitely be calling him again for my other plumbing needs. Also after he fixed the toilet issue, I have not had any problems with it! Thank you so much Patrick for everything!!
Description of Work: The initial job I hired Patrick was for my running toilet. He came and within seconds figured out the problem. He did not even charge me for doing the service call because it was such a small issue. Immediately after that problem was fixed. I thought about how my kitchen sink was leaking. I was trying to figure out if I wanted to buy a new sink or just replace the part that was leaking. Patrick assessed the situation and determined that it would cheaper to just replace the sink instead of repair the old one. I went to buy a new sink to be installed but when Patrick tried to put it in the hole for my granite counter was too small. After which Patrick asked if I wanted him to pick up a sink for me. He came back a third time and installed the new sink.

 + -1 moreI actually bought two of them. He said you can only use one of them. The service went fine and everything else, but he said you can only use one, so he only accepted one. He did a good job, he was punctual, friendly and knowledgeable. I did pay more because he brought another part. I paid as much as $200.

 + -1 moreIt went well. Patrick and his young assistant, Elian came on time. He assessed the situation and went to the store to get the one thing he didn't have on his truck. He fixed the toilet fairly quickly. It needed a ring as well as new bolts. He siliconed the sink back into place. He was in the process of cleaning up when he noticed that the pipe connecting the sink to the wall was leaking. He fixed that too with some special sized rings he just happened to have in his pocket.
Description of Work: My toilet was loose and the bathroom glass sink was loose as well.

The washer they needed was special sized but they just happened to have one. All told, they were in and out in about 90 minutes.

Although I provided the company with three alternative dates to do the service, and Angie's list sent me an e-mail thanking me for purchasing the service from them and to inform me that the company would be contacting me soon to make an appointment, they never called and did not even answer my calls. Angie, I already paid you for the work, so I demand a full refund. I also advise that you should keep such unprofessional and irresponsible companies from your "reliable" list. I'm outraged!!!

They claimed that Angie's list was not supplying them with buyer contact info. So I gave them my contact info we scheduled a new appointment. Again they were a no show and there was no contact before or after the missed appointment. I've requested a refund of the deal from Angie's list.
