Part of the work done was the careful removal of selected overhanging limbs above a metal roof. This organization has done similar work for us on previous occasions.

Advantage's bid was over a thousand dollars less than the other service we got a quote from. They dealt with my neighbor screaming at them to get off his property in a professional manner and got the job done in a timely fashion.

We called Advantage for a quote for tree removal. Our tree was HUGE and since we have a fenced in backyard, we knew it would have to be taken down manually/climbing. Michael called me back in a couple of days and came that day to give us a quote. The price was reasonable. He said they could come the following Friday to remove the tree (that fast is unheard of in our area).

They came on Friday, May 13 but did not get started until around 10:30am. They got all the branches with leaves down and run through the chipper. Nice job on this part of the cleanup.

They did not return until the following Tuesday to remove/drop the trunks (6 of them in total). That went well - no damage, however they left one guy to do all the cleanup. He left at 4pm and left our yard FULL of tree trunks/pieces.

We had to call them 5 times to get them to come back and clean up the yard and haul away the wood. FINALLY on Friday May 20 the crew came back to finish.

Overall they did a good job. No damage to the shed, deck, fence or house -- they were good at taking the tree down. Price was reasonable (and included trimming 2 of our neighbor's trees with branches over our house). But they need some work on communication. We found out later that some of the crew had been sick for a couple of days. It would have been nice if they could have called us and let us know.

Tree was cut down, but some parts were not cut up per agreement. Also, there was some property damage.

TERRIBLE. They gave us an excellent estimate. Far below the person who ended up doing the job. They showed up to do an easy part of the job, but never came after 3 scheduled appointments. A tree was damaged after a storm in the early spring. We did not want our child playing in the backyard for safety issues concerning the tree. We explained this to them and they assured us they would have it down within the next 2 weeks. After 2 months...nothing. It is now August and we hired another service. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
