Overall, the repair work went well. It took a little longer than expected, but that was due to a delay in parts being available. However, the folks there made every effort to get the car ready as soon as possible and were very considerate of my time. As an example, I was commuting to work (1+ hr away) and they allowed me to park in their lot the day prior to ensure that I could pick up my rental car that day and not miss work the next morning. They also were conservative in their final time estimate. (Parts came in late in the afternoon and they originally said it would take another day. Fortunately, they were able to start and finish installing ordered parts on the same day.

I have used Myler several times for various repairs and services and they have always done the job and provided a first class experience. They are extremely knowledgeable and professional. Pricing is fair and most importantly they are honest. No upsells or games with them. Whenever possible I will always use them. Highly recommend.

Myler is always great. They got me right in and were ready to take me to work, but it turned out my car just needed ice removal and that the wear on my tires is causing the additional noise I was hearing. They took the car for a drive with me in it so I could explain exactly what I was hearing. They showed me where the ice was accumulating while the car was on the lift so that next time I'll know where to dislodge it from. The visit was free of charge, since there wasn't anything for them to do. They are always great about providing honest and reliable opinions on our family vehicles and reasonable prices.

Very service oriented. They go the extra mile to make you happy. They diagnose the problem and will call you with the options in detail. Very thorough in detail and repairs. I have not had any problems with the repairs done to my cars. Very cost effective.

This was my second time going to Myler's, and I've been pretty happy with them each time. My only complaint is their responsiveness and lack of communication. I was told that I would get a call with an estimate around 1, but I had to call them around 3 because I hadn't heard from them yet. They were still unable to give me an answer. However, when 5 o'clock rolled around, they said that my car was ready to go. I didn't complain because the bill was so low and the noise went away. It was frustrating to wait around for their call all day, but in the end, I didn't mind. Oh, they also said that they would provide shuttle service for me, but when I got there, they said they couldn't. Good thing I took someone with me for the ride; otherwise, I would have been stranded there all day.

We have a Ford truck with over 150000 miles on it, all thanks to Myler Automotive. They have serviced our vehicle since it was purchased, and without them, this poor truck would have seen the land fill years ago. They have always been friendly to deal with, up front and fair in pricing, with no surprises and most importantly, dependable work! That's why we take all our vehicles to Myler and so does all the rest of my family.

Very well run -- Labor rate 65 an hour is reasonable these days and honest.

Our truck would not start and we had it towed to Myler. Prepared for a large expense, we were very pleasantly surprised to receive a bill for under $60!! They were very fair and very honest people who I would and WILL return to again and again.
