Precision installed our Tankless Waterheater last fall. The service and follow-up calls have been handled extremely professional from customer service support through final technical services.

I really liked that they offered a trenchless option to insert a liner instead of digging up our front yard. The price was still steep but we did get a price break because we already had an outside clean out. Their communication was excellent and both Tim and Peter were very professional and knowledgeable.

Brandon did a great job! Clearly explained how the job will start by diagnosis of water leak, repair options and why each will cost what they will. He found the leak and fixed it with out breaking our tile wall. Great guy, reflection of the company he works for. Will do more business with him and the company again!

When nicor told me at 1:00pm that I had two gas leaks in the piping feeding the water heater and that they would have to shut off the gas until corrected, I called Precision and they assigned the next available technician to us. Carl arrived around 5pm and assessed the problems and how best to fix them. He had to go to Home Depot to pick up some connectors, etc. and then started the job. He finished up around 8:30pm and I called Nicor. They came out and inspected the work and turned on the gas. They found NO leaks and started up our gas appliances. A long day. But a satisfactory finish.
