Description of Work: When I purchased the service, the firm indicated that they would call me to set up a date and time to come out and do the service, but I never heard from them. Eventually I called them and set up a time. The gentlemen came out when he said he would and spent about an hour on the roof. I then asked him for an estimate for additional services and he quoted me $800 on the spot. I asked him to send an email stating that amount and the services to be performed and he said that he would, but never did.

Description of Work: Checked shingles and flashings on roof.

Description of Work: They replace the flashing in areas where it was done poorly before. They provided pictures of the roof condition and the work afterward.

Description of Work: This was a roof inspection. The guy found a few broken/missing tabs (shingles). Instead of replacing the entire shingle, which is the correct way to repair, he just used roofing tar to "seal" around the broken edges. The guy should have fixed the shingles correctly. I mentioned to him that I had extra shingles in my garage he could use, but he insisted that using tar on the edges was enough.

Description of Work: They came out for the asessment of our home's roof and told me that he had nailed down some loose shingles but that I needed to have some more work done around the vents and chimney (I had evidence of a slight leak on my living room ceiling). He said he would call within two weeks, but it has been two months and I have not heard back. I lost his card, so couldn't call him.

Description of Work: Ray came out to look at the Roof. While he was nice and professional, no one ever came back to do the package work that I paid for before I sold the house and moved. No follow up. I would not recommend them.

Description of Work: Replaced roof and repaired water damage to windows. Excellent service so we had them come back and install 8 windows and 2 doors for us.

Description of Work: Fixed an over hanging gutter that was leaking into windows of a back porch. Broke a piece of siding and used white caulking on beige gutters. Had to argue to get issues fixed but they did get fixed.

Description of Work: Called for estimate for flat roof replacement. Someone showed up and inspected roof. Said he would provide an estimate in a few days. Waited a few days and called as reminder. I was told he was sending the quote that day. No quote received.
