Description of Work: Oscar came out to the house on the scheduled day to provide a quote - he was very nice and said he would send me an email with the quote he made for confirmation and could probably follow up quickly with the repair itself. After not hearing back or receiving an email, I called him 5 days later. Again, he was very nice and said he would call me back when he knew his availability, probably by the end of the week. He never called back.

Description of Work: They were very accommodating with the scheduling and were able to get to my house right away. They took care of the problems, were courteous, and reasonably priced.

They performed some minor roof repairs. |They were very punctual and did the necessary repairs as requested. |I would have given them an A rating if it weren't for the fact that they appeared to be storm chasers telling me I had hail damage and that I needed a new roof.

Description of Work: It turned out that my building didn't qualify for the offer I bought. But they were very helpful in assessing my roof and what I can do to improve it. They were really straightforward and honest and I appreciated what they had to say. I will be going to them for the service when the time comes.

Description of Work: I purchased a voucher from Angie's list to get a tune up on my roof. I paid an additional fee to have missing roof tiles replaced. I was very happy with the service. I would both recommend and use them again. I plan to use them yearly to inspect my roof since the contractor I used to replace my roof did a terrible job. My future plan is to also use Progressive to replace my gutters.

Description of Work: Very professional and pleasant representative climbed up on my roof and inspected it. He reinforced some tiles and tarred some joinings. He reported back to me and showed me some pictures of the roof. He said the roof was ok and recommended annual roof tune-ups.

Description of Work: He repaired the roof a few months ago and recent winds knocked a small portion of the siding off- as soon as we called Jeff was back and had the siding fixed within a day. great service and very nice person to work with ,.

Description of Work: I called on the day of the wind storm, Feb. 19th. Oscar came out that day to look at my roof. Many shingles were peeled back or torn off. He gave me a price and came out the next day to repair the roof. When they were finished you couldn't tell that they were there. Everything was cleaned up. He will be kept in mind when I need a new roof.

Description of Work: They came when they said although I don't feel like they did a great job explaining to what exactly what they were going to do nor what they ended up doing. I do know we spoke a lot about previous storms and insurance. I was hoping to have received a formal quote for a roof replacement as well as my $99 tune up but that never really happened.

They advised I would need a new roof soon and said they would |send me a quote by e-mail the next day. I have heard nothing. |

Description of Work: Roof inspection/tune-up. Prompt honest (no immediate need of repair)inspection with verbal report. Took a month to get a requested written statement of findings for my records as estate administrator, but it was more than adequate when it finally arrived.
