Arturo went over & above on this $99 deal. Our roof had no problems. He explained that our water stains on ceiling were from poor insulation & condensation. He cleaned out all of our gutters while he was up on roof which wasn't part of the deal. Very knowledgeable.

I was very impressed with the professionalism of Arturo, Oscar, Juan, and the entire group of guys. I was concerned of how well a complete tear off in the city with neighbors houses two feet away would go. The team took considerable steps to make sure none of the debris hit the neighbors house and it definitely made their job harder. They definitely didn't take the quick or easy way with this roof job and it was much appreciated. As one example they put down plastic over our insulation to ensure that cedar shake debris wouldn't get all over the insulation. Although they used caution to ensure debris didn't cause damage or litter neighbors yard, they also worked hard to ensure the roof was completed before a storm approached. There can be a lot of anxiety with a roof job, as you never know what could go wrong. Luckily with Progressive Roofing you don't have to worry as they can quickly respond to any roof situation they are dealt with.

Arturo, Oscar and the guys at Progressive were excellent. The replaced the roof above our condo and completed the work efficiently, quickly and without and issues. Oscar is responsive when you have questions and walked me through the process to complete the roof. He also was honest in his assessment about what was needed rather than the complicated estimates I received from other roofers. I would use him again.

I am very pleased by this company and will use them in the future if any problems occur. He was prompt, courteous and wanting to please. Our chimney cap had blown partially off and needed to be replaced. He went to Home Depot to get the part and replaced it upon his return, while leaving his co-worker to seal the nail pops and chalk where needed. They were efficient, didn't take long to do the work, and he produced the receipt for me for the replacement part. To my pleasure, he did not see any issues with our roof but it they should arise in the future I would use this service again.

No problems since there fix that I'm aware of. They where on time and did what they said they would do for the price quoted. Once done, they where suppose to send me picture (So I didn't have to climb back up on the roof) which they did finally send, but took a little while. Over all, very happy with the service.

I purchase an Angie's List deal. The deal included caulking and shingle replacement. Arturo,, Did a thorough inspection of my roof. He caulked around a couple of skylights and replaced some shingles. Arturo spent extra time on the roof trying to determine the source of a leak in the valley section of the roof. Arturo email me an estimate to repair the issue. The estimate was reasonable. I will use his company in the future.

Arturo and all of his guys are very professional and courteous. The lay down tarps to protect floors and other furniture while working, clean up after themselves at the end of the work so no mess left behind. There are tons of roofing companies out there I could pick from I'm sure would do a good job as well, but what sets Arturo apart, which is the thing that impressed me about him the most is his CUSTOMER SERVICE. Return email/calls/text on the same day and willingness to go the extra mile to make the customer happy. I'll use Arturo and his guys again in a heartbeat and will recommend them to all my families and friends (which my father-in-law already planning on calling him for his roof problem). I'll be calling them for a paint job I have in the near future.

He was very thorough, honest, explained things extremely well and even took pictures to show me. The leaking was due to water damming.

Arturo was very professional; although there was snow on the roof and very cold, he and his crew took a ladder, climbed up on the roof, inspected the entire roof, took pictures of the problem areas, which he showed to me, and explained in detail exactly what needed to be done to fix my roof (I had water dripping down my interior walls because the previous roofer did not install a ice and water shield). Arturo was very punctual, very polite and friendly, and removed his shoes each time he had to enter the house. Very thoughtful of him and his crew. My family and I were very happy and pleased with all the work they performed, both in the house and on the roof. Arturo is a very nice and friendly person and we would definitely have him return in the near future.

Called Progressive roofing and spoke to Oscar, one of the owners. I explained that we needed a flat roof looked at since it was older and felt soft in spots. Him and his brother, Arturo, came out to look at the roof within a few days. They walked the roof with my husband, showing him all the spots they thought were bad and explained thoroughly how they were going to do the job. While on the roof they looked at the dormer roof and showed my husband how it also was deteriorating and needed replacement. They answered all questions & gave us different options on how the work could be done. We relied on their expertise as to which method would work best on our roofs. After getting a couple of other estimates, we went with Progressive as they explained everything the best. After they were finished they showed us numerous pictures of the work done & invited my husband onto the roof to inspect the work. He was truly impressed with how great it looked. They also cleaned up the driveway and deck of all debris and you would not know they had been there, it was so clean.

Their customer service is impeccable. They came out the same day, two hours after I called them. They gave me an estimate immediately the same day within a few hours.

We had a leak in our second bedroom. The company was very easy to get a hold of. Within a day of calling Progressive they came out to give us an estimate. The entire job was also completed within one day. We are very satisfied with the results. We no longer have a leak. We would definitely use them again.

I called the company to come and give me estimates on the roof, and tell me if I need to replace the roof . They told me I just to replace the missing shingles and the roof is in good condition. The other company give me estimates between $13000-$17000.

They located the problem area and patched it to my satisfaction.

I was advised that our problem was solved and I believe that, however Progressive advised they will return to verify everything is okay and that the problem was resolved once and for all, this company guarantees their work with a smile. The repair was timely, and done quickly. They took pictures of the damage when they came by for the estimate and sent them to me so I could see what needed to be fixed. They also inspected the rest of the roof and found shingles that were loose and close to coming off the roof. They glued down new shingles and nailed them as well as any loose singles. As a point of reference another roof company came by and never even climbed on my roof to check what was wrong and told me that there was a hole in the roof. Progressive took pictures so I was sure that there was no hole in my roof. I was happy with their honesty and willingness to go above and beyond for my satisfaction.

The work was done in a timely and professional way. The price we agreed upon was what was billed even though some minor additional needs were taken care of that were discovered during the repair process.

I was very pleased with them, and would hire again. This was a small job that we didn't expect to find someone willing to complete, but his card reads "no job too small", and that seems to be true. Progressive Roofing is the best! A major hail storm hit Chicago and did extensive damage to our roof and siding. A neighbor recommended that we call Progressive Roofing to review the damage. Progressive came right out, gave us an estimate of the damages and recommended that we contact our insurance agent.
