The work progressed well and took only one day.

Provider showed up late without a call beforehand to say he would be late. After inspecting the roof and applying a temporary repair around the chimney, I was given a ballpark figure (not a written estimate) for a new roof which seemed exorbitant. I was promised a follow-up email with options for temporary fixes until I could purchase a new roof. I was also told I would receive a written estimate. That was 3 weeks ago and I have heard nothing from this company since that day. The young man who came over was nice, polite and respectful. But clearly this company does not want me for a customer or I would have heard from them by now. I will be looking elsewhere for my roofing needs.

We purchased a roof tune-up and repair for $99 on 6/2. We were asked to provide a couple suggested dates and after two weeks, we finally had someone come to the house. Although he was very nice he quickly looked in the attic from inside, at the roof and told us we needed a new roof and they would provide a quotation. All of which took less than 15 mins. start to finish. We sent a follow up email to determine if they were indeed going to send a quote and nearly a month later we are $99 short and without any repair, tune up or quotation. We would like a refund of $99.00 so we can give Angie's list a second chance and see if we can get someone to check out our roof before the end of the summer.

Progressive repaired two vent pipe boots, one of which was torn and leaking water into the house. This was during a very rainy period in May and I was in a hurry to get this repaired ASAP. Tried Progressive based on Angie's List reviews. Progressive was able to squeeze me into their schedule late on the day after I called. Work was performed quickly and professionally (using a much longer lasting lead boot replacement). Very pleased with their response and the quality of their work. Would not hesitate to hire them again.

The job progressed as planned. Oscar tarped and caulked the affected areas of the roof. He worked into and past sunset. He explained what kind of repair was possible and what the limits were based on the original state of the roof as he found it.We arranged to speak within the week regarding additional work on another part of the roof he could not access due to the presence of an animal on the roof while he was working. I was pleased that he exercised appropriate caution.

Oscar came out to assess damage to roof and identify where water was leaking from roof that was damaging my ceiling in my kitchen. He located the area of my roof where the water was coming in, replaced all the tiles that had been blown off by the wind which were a considerable amount. He saw that the flashing around both my chimneys was just about gone and he replaced those. He was very informative and explained in detail, with pictures, what he felt needed to be done. He was prompt and came when he said he was going to come. He showed me pictures of the repairs after they were done. Couldn't ask for a better job. Professional and reasonable.

Progressive did a great job repairing our roof and was very affordable.

Oscar came and did a roof walk through and it was good basic check up to find out if anything is out of ordinary with something home owners don't get to look at on a daily basis. still waiting on an estimate on a followup minor repair.

They called to tell me they were very busy and couldn't get to my property the week of June 1, I said that was okay with me just send me a report when they completed the inspection since they have defaulted on the contract of 5/27 I'm not interested in this company doing anything anymore and I want a complete refund of $99 to my credit card.

Everything went well, they were on time and courteous. He took pictures and showed before and after the work on the roof. I was glad that called these guys!

They were great. With my job its very difficult to get out and watch the work being done. So it can be very difficult to set up an appointment to work on and fix the Two Flat I rent out. Progressive Roofing went over and fixed the roof without me even being there and went beyond the call and fixed another leak that wasn't noticed until they were working on the roof. The estimate never changed and they just did a great job with no surprises. Very professional and really good guys. Oscar is great to deal with.

Everything went perfectly with Progressive. They came by and provided a very accurate estimate. They were very detailed and informative about the work to be done. They performed the work quickly and carefully and after a couple days we had a brand new roof on our home and on our garage, plus brand new gutters. They did such a good job I don't think we'll need a new roof for a long, long time!

It went well. Oscar was great, I was shown pictures of what was done. I hired them to put the flashing in the correct way. Great, honest people!

They did not charge me more than the $99 coupon. They did a great job. They arrived on time. They were personable.

With all the free inspections available I probably should have gone that route. There wasn't enough that needed to be fixed to make it worth $99. The provider was professional and I was happy with the service, but I should not have purchased the $99 deal as I really didn't need it.

Happy with the roof tune up service. They fixed up nails, shingles and provided an overall assessment of the roofs shape. He showed pictures of the shape of the roof prior to the fix up and provided recommendations for future care. My only complaint is he did take pictures of the fixes and he was going to email those, but I haven't received them yet.

Had them look at two places, one for just siding and one for siding and roofing. Called them back after a week to see how the quote was going. Oscar said he'd get it to me the next day. Over two weeks have gone by and never heard back from them. Very disappointed because I saw they had good reviews. I would call them back again but I figure they're not interested otherwise they would have gotten back to me with something.

They came out and assessed the situation. They provided an immediate temporary solution along with a plan for a permanent fix.

I thought they were excellent. They got the job done in 2 days. The cleanup was very good. The crew was very friendly.
