Felt like we got an honest opinion when he said the roof was basically still in good shape. Would recommend this company and would use them again.

Communication was poor, and I really didn't get anything for what I paid. I paid $99 just for him to come out and do an estimate.

Also told me that there was evidence of hail damage to some of the vents, but mostly cosmetic. Explained how some trees overhanging the roof can damage the shingles. He suggested an annual inspection. I intend to do it.

Progressive Roofing was very professional and prompt. Their rep was able to communicate openly about what was best for me.

Very well. Fixed items that needed replacement and inspected the areas of concern and fixed that as well. Even went into the attic to make sure everything was ok

Arturo was very professional, taking before and after pictures, as well as giving a couple of options. He was a nice guy to work with, although the job was more expensive than I anticipated.

Ray, the estimator was was there quickly as it was a rush job. Estimate was fair. The crew arrived on time 2 days later. Finished the job in 4 hours. They took pictures to show what they had done and thoroughly cleaned the worksite. Arturo, the owner came by later to make sure the finished product was to my satisfaction and to collect the check.

if First time after leak was fixed tyhere was rainfall and they called if everything is ok. they sent another guy who was an expert to work on this. there has been light rain since then, it seems alright. Hopefully it is fixed now

The vendor arrived on time and performed the inspection and maintenance in a professional and workmanlike manner. He estimated the life remaining in our roof and was a very knowledgeable and helpful resource. I would definitely use Progressive Roofing & Construction again, and when the time comes will ask that they provide a quote for the roof replacement.

They came to appraise as expected. On time and very nice. After measuring with all our peaks and valleys the estimate was written for 3000 sq ft roof. All said I still believe we got a deal. Our neighbors paid $12000. It took 2 days to install. Everything went well except as they were finishing up on day two we noticed all kinds of stuff in our gutters and had to mention to them that they needed to clean that up and check all the rest of the gutters.. The owner left around Noon and it was now later on in the afternoon. Someone who is more responsible should b left in charge once the owner leaves. Otherwise, all and all a nice roof.

Ray thoroughly explained what the roof "tune-up" service included and documented what he had done during service call with review of digital photos.

Ray is an awesome guy. He did above and beyond job. Nothing more I would say, but fantastic! Will continue use this company to do the roof tone up. Thanks, Ray!

Artur and his workers completed a large job within one day and completed just before it started to rain! Very pleased with them and would recommend them. Some of the paperwork process left something to be desired which is why I rated "Responsiveness" a "B" but there were other aspects where they were very responsive. I have not had to call them back for anything major but if some defect in their work appears in the future, I would anticipate that they would be very responsive. They did a terrific job cleaning up - quick and thorough!

It went perfect, I wouldn't recommend anybody else, He found exactly where the leak was located and fixed it all up for me. I've never had a worker like that before. They looked beyond the obvious and were very curtious.

The inspector arrived timely ..He inspected the roof on the house and family room. Took pictures both and showed me places where the shingles were coming up a little. Nailed and sealed areas where they were loose .Sealed around of vents. Advised me to have annual roof inspection due to age of shingles. I think I will!

We started out rocky but finally was able to schedule an appointment with Progressive Roofing. Theyarrive on time and was very professional. I like the fact that he made it personal and used my name when he spoke to me. Within minutes of being on the roof he found two issues. Yhe main one was a small leak n my roof that my other constructor could not locate but Arturo found it and patch it. He also did some patch work around the base of my chimney which was incorrectly completed before. After he finished he gave me a proposal for some future work that I may need. As a woman I did not feel threatened or taken advantage of by this constructor. I would most definitely use Progressive Roofing and Construction again. Thanks again Progressive Roofing.

I contacted them via Angie's list and we set the appointment via messages through Angie's list messaging. Ray arrived at my home at the appointed time and he was very friendly, seemed very knowledgeable. My roof was not the easiest to get on top of but Ray was creative and found a way. Ray was off of the roof within 20 minutes and to my surprise when he came down he explained to me that he had fixed what he thought was the problem. We did not talk about pricing or what needed to be fixed so initially I was a bit annoyed until he told me that it would be NO charge! While on the roof he noticed some cracks along my chimney, i think it's called the flashing I don't know. All I know is, Ray said that he applied a clear caulk so that I wouldn't have any issue with the caulk color that he used. He took pictures of the flashing to show me the area and said that at some point I need to replace the flashing which could cost more than $600 but that his temporary fix should stop the water that was coming in through my son's bedroom wall for a while. A few years ago, a different company came over and sold me a chimney cover and said that would stop the water, LIES! I wish I had contacted Progressive Roofing years ago, and I'm so happy that they sent Ray. These guys are not out to steal your money they're a good choice and I will be contacting them to replace my flashing in the future!

I initally made contact with Arturo and he scheduled a date for Ray to come out to do the inspection. Ray attempted to repair a leak in the ceiling but it rained the next day and it began leaking again. I called Arturo and he called me back immediately and scheduled an appt to come out personally the next day to repair the leak. Arturo is very personable and professional. He went up on the roof and repaired it and apologized for the inconveinence for the first job. He also pointed out other problems with my roof and gave me an estimate on roof replacement at my request. His customer service skills are outstanding!!! It has not rained yet so I am not sure if it's repaired or not but no doubt it it's not, I am sure Arturo will make it right. I will definitely use their services again.

Arturo was great as was the crew. They did great work. Even went and did an some extra roofing work w/o costs Cleaned up well They were subjected to a hostile condo unit member and they were great Would use again

Ray was very knowledgeable about the business. He stayed and answered all of my questions and recommended I have Progressive out in the spring to inspect the roof. I will definitely be having them out to do any future work on my roof.

I pointed out a section of the roof that had been damaged by a tree limb rubbing against the shingles. It was about a 12 inch section that needed repairing but he did not have the proper tools to make the repair. He attempted to repair it by placing some felt paper and tar over the section. That was like placing a bandaid over a shotgun wound. So needless to say, I was not happy with the service. Thw servicer needs to be clear in their description and not lead people in the wrong direction. If a roofer is to make minor repairs and inspect then they should be prepared to do that.

When I initially bought the package, I had an appointment booked. The day came and went without even a single acknowledgement. So , I emailed and called the provider. The woman on the phone was nice enough to hook me up with a field manager who managed to fit me in . The field manager, Ray, was a nice guy and went on the roof. He took pictures and showed me where the damage was . In terms of the new construction, he found several things wrong and took pictures of it as well. To get our roof in order for a few years, he suggested that we replace the shingles on the roof line & it would cost us $2300.00 He also said he would have his guys look at where the leak was coming in, and fix that as well. Ray was able to get a crew out the very next day to my surprise, and the guys found the leak and fixed it. I asked specifically if Ray could document all of this in his report- as I needed it to show my GC who originally constructed the roof. I was told I would get a report and pictures- and I thought nothing of it. After a week, I just get an email stating very briefly what was found. There was no report and nothing on letterhead. I asked again and was told to wait. Finally, I contacted the office early July complaining about not receiving the report- however the contractor had been paid promptly. Trudy- the office manager stated it was unusual, but she had no control over the reports and would tell the Field Manager to please follow up. Now it's July 17th, almost 3 weeks later, and no response. So I emailed Trudy again, explaining I would give a negative review and this is extremely unprofessional. Her reply was that there was nothing she could do, and would speak again to the field manager. I paid for services and expected to receive a professional report from the provider- of which I did not receive. Furthermore, I have not received one phone call from the company with any apologies nor a follow up from the field manager. This is extremely unprofessional and I will not be doing any more business with this company. I, however, want my report since I had already paid for the services.
