Every one was professional, courteous and fairly priced. I just decuded to go with roofer who was licated in my aeea.

This Big Deal experience went very well. Oscar, with Progressive Roofing, was very responsive and reached out to me a few times to setup an appointment, even when I did not call back in a timely fashion. They were able to accommodate the date and time, which we requested. Their team arrived promptly, completed the roof inspection and maintenance and noted a couple of areas of the roof, which we might want to keep an eye on going forward. I would use this company again, definitely.

The provider called back in a timely manner. Five owners in our complex cooperated and had Progressive to provide the services at the same time. They followed up as expected, arrived on time, preformed the work with little inconvenience to owners, they were polite and provided us with pictures and written reports. For those owners who had damage, they did the repairs right away, for a additional fee. I would definitely recommend this company to others and will use them again when the need arises.

They guy that came out was a big talker... he kept saying he was going to buy this company coz the current owner couldn't handle it all on his own. Not sure what he did on the roof but he said it all looked good. I had some more questions for him and some things I asked him to organize. He promised to get back to me within a few days with a quote and date but I never heard from him again. very strange... He was a nice guy but kept talking and talking all about him self and his private life.... couldn't get him out of the door. Didn't seem like a serious company and especially since he never got back to me with pricing.

He inspected the roof and identified issues and fix it. If he would need to fix it up to code, he quoted me a price. Otherwise he is very professional and very hesitant to state the issue as it would affect the other company that performed the task.

I called a few companies to get quotes. Arturo was the only one who actually asked me several questions about it to gain some understanding. He then did a thorough inspection, took pictures, and recommended two areas needing fixing. Another company just recommended a new roof without any questions or an inspection! I would definitely recommend Arturo and Progressive. He even took care of some other areas, not that they were problems, but just to be thorough. They are trustworthy and very professional. And no leaks so far!

e crew that came out was on time and did an good job. The driveway had several pits and a few cracks. While they filled the cracks nothing was done to the pits. When asked about them they said the sealer would fill it - It did not. I will say they did a great job of not getting the sealer anywhere else but the driveway and it looked very good when done. I would have paid a little more for the pits to be filled, but that was not an option. I would recommend them but let the company know that you have pits so they can adjust the price before they come out.

We've contacted 5-6 contractors through Angie's List, only 3-4 responded: who wants to waste time on repair works during the high season when there are bigger and more lucrative projects out there. Arturo arrived himself and climbed onto the roof to inspect it -- two other contractors that responded to our request were satisfied with observing it from the ground. He listed all the work needed to be done in order to survive a couple of seasons before replacing the entire roof (others claimed that partial repairs were worthless or asked too much for unspecified job) and gave us a quote. He and the crew arrived early in the morning on the day the work was scheduled, the crew worked on the roof from 7:30 am until the dark. When they discovered that extra wood needed to be replaced (before replacing the rotten plywood before replacing the damaged shingles), Arturo drove to the store and found the pieces matching the rest of the roof. We were not charged anything above the original estimate.

it was not the type of roof that is patch. Part of the cost of a new roof will be deducted when I have the roof done.

Overall it went well. I purchased one of the Angie's Deals for $99. Received an auto response to the purchase saying they were overwhelmed with appointments, but to share my contact information and they would be in touch to get something scheduled...which I did. Several weeks went by with no word. When I followed up to inquire when I could get an appointment set, I got a near immediate phone call and an apology. I could sense from the tone of the provider that I truly "fell through the cracks". Within the hour I had an appointment set for the following day. They came out, took a look at the roof. Made a few minor tune ups and offered their take on the state of the roof. Overall I was pleased with the service provided. ***I only am giving a 'C' for responsiveness due to the time for them to get back in touch. I'd like to reiterate that upon my follow up they were extremely attentive and responsive.

Wonderful experience. Arturo and his team were very professional and courteous, not to mention timely. They took pictures of the before and after, to evidence their work. Cost was affordable and the work was done efficiently and fully. I will be using them again for regular roof maintenance.

re.Someone came out to look at the roof, took pictures and caulked some areas. He seemed nice and thorough at the time. We were supposed to receive an email with a write-up of what was done along with pictures. We never received that email or the photos. Life got busy and we had some personal issues pop up so we forgot about the roof inspection. We recently reached out twice (through angle's list and email) to remind them and request the write-up/estimate/photos but never heard back. Zero response and we still haven't received the photos. Not sure what happened there. Considering the lack of follow-up, we cannot recommend them. I would not recommend their "roof inspection/tune up" deal.

The providers were prompt, friendly and thorough. Explained in detail what problems they encountered and how they were addressed and how we should maintain them in the future.

I don't remember having any concerns.

He advised that our roof may be good for another 4-5 years, though it was showing wear in specific area. He spent a good amount of time sharing advice with us. Sent me some photos of the roof from when he was up there.

They called me less than 24 hours after I ordered through Angie's List offering to do the work while already in the area. Fixed a leak and took pictures of other minor issues and repairs done. Very thorough and a great price! Will definitely use again.

The roofing inspection went very well. The roofer did a thorough inspection of my roof and was very courteous.

Prompt scheduling. Inspector came on time. Even before he went on roof, he was interested in finding out about my Home Insurance, deductibles etc. After inspection, he suggested I file a claim with my home Insurance. When I asked, if the insurance does not pay the claim, he said the roof will be good for another 5 years. He promised to send a full report, but even after my follow up email, he did not send any written report. My purpose of getting the inspection was to access my 15 year old roof, before it start leaking, I felt that the inspectors purpose was to drum up more repair business for his company, if I can get my insurance to pay for it. I would not recommend them.

Progressive arrived on time. They walked me through all that they were going to do and I showed them were the leak was coming in through my ceiling. They caulked a few nail holes, some areas around the chimney and found (we think and hope) the source of the leak into the ceiling. It was actually from a window sill. As a courtesy, Progressive caulked the sill even though this was not part of the roof tune-up package and for which I am VERY appreciative. Progressive let me know the caulking of the sill was a temporary fix and that ultimately it would need further repair - all good in my eyes. The roof tune up for bucks was steal and worth every cent. With regard to replacing my roof, Progressive let me know that I still had 2-3 good years left on my roof, but that it would need to be replaced after that. It was refreshing to know that they weren't trying to get a quick sale by telling me I needed to replace the roof today! While I don't have anything to compare it against yet, I thought the quote for the new roof on house and garage was a bit high. But, I'll definitely be calling them in 2-3 years for a quote when it comes time to replace the roof.

Service provider pleasant enough. Roof check for our large roof was done in 20 mins. They showed me photos of my roof where they said repairs were needed from hail damage and where they did minor sealing in spot I said we had a little leak after a recent storm. Service provider promised to follow up with estimates on repairs needed. The estimate never came, so I called 2 weeks later. They apologized, and I was told I'd get the estimate. It has been well over 1 month and still no estimate. And the place they said they sealed has leaked-- no change from before. I'm skeptical now that they even checked my roof. It seems like a scam.

It went very well. He repaired what I expected he'd have to repair after his inspection & his quote for a new roof was not out of line from other quotes we've received. He was very nice & seemed knowledgeable about roofing. Of course, the real test of his minor repairs can only be measured after we've had a good rain.

Communication was good and the worker was prompt and courteous. I showed him a problem we are having with a leak, and he quickly helped troubleshoot the issue and attempted to perform a quick fix. He also offered alternatives for a more long-term approach. Was very diligent and I feel that he did what he could. We'll have to wait until it rains again to see if it worked!

I was contacted by e-mail with a time that worked well for me. The technician was prompt, courteous and very knowledgeable. I would use again.
