Called for an estimate. No technician fee just to come out like the big companies try to charge. Told me their flat rate prices. Ended up becoming a large job. Started working on it right away. They were straight forward and transparent. Small family owned company. Quality work. Prices seemed very fair compared to my research online. Already recommended them to my neighbor and will go back to them for any future plumbing issues.

They were very responsive, respectful, and very competitive in pricing. Job was completed and they did another job for me that same day. Definitely using them again.

Cleared up clogged kitchen sink, installed new kitchen faucet, repaired hardware in tub that connects shower and faucet, showed me how to clean jacuzzi, and will return to replace toilet tank mechanism. They were fast, cleaned up after each job and showed us how everything works. We were very impressed.

I needed a new water heater and Ed jr was able to find one. He came 24 hrs later to install it. We probably paid a little bit more due to turnaround time but are just happy to get it fixed. They did a good job -clean, etc. I also had a shower faucet problem/a leaky faucet. I showed him, and he said it was too late on a Friday to fix it but to call him on Monday to set up a time. That was 2 plus weeks ago. I guess repeat customers are not important if the job is small. Disappointed in Ed jr as I thought he was a good guy.

Eddie was awesome! He removed the clog in my bathtub drain within 15 minutes of his arrival. He was prompt, courteous, friendly and professional.

I couldn't be happier with the service I received from Ed and his team at 24 Action Plumbing. He was at my house literally 5 minutes after I called! He was at my neighbors house repairing their sewer and walked right over and introduced himself after I spoke with his secretary. He was very upfront and knowledgeable about the problem I had. He gave me an estimate immediately and stuck with that cost even though there were a couple of unexpected issues. He and his team were professional, kind and friendly. I will 100% be calling them again if I am ever in need of any plumbing work and I would encourage and recommend anyone reading this to do the same.

Ed and his team are amazing! They are professional, they are reliable and respected my home. They even found another issue and fixed it . There was no mess for me to clean up, they did everything and MORE! The price is lowest you will ever find, which makes a statement when I can say it's also QUALITY PROFESSIONAL WORK!!!. A different plumber attempted to unclog my drain prior to 24 Plumbing but could not get it unclogged. 24 Plumbing came in completed the job quickly and effectively.

I had a blocked sewer line that turned into a larger project than I expected, they got the job done well and at a fair price. Definitely would recommend.
