This company saved me a lot of money ! I was ready to replace my old central air system, and they advised me to do a clean and maintenance check instead of replacing the whole system. They also installed a new thermostat. The system now works efficiently. I would highly recommend them ! They will not push for a brand new system. Their prices are reasonable as well.

talking to this company i felt I was treated like a second class person while I gave him info that he totally disregarded and he said do not worry I will fix it. which he did not The general manger came out to apologize shortly after that when my son showed him which line was frozen and blown gasket which the GM and Tech disregarded. I asked for the old compositor or which the said was the problem back less than 2 hours after they left, but then then gave me 2 excuses why I could not have it back . Disputing with CC company left over the weekend with no air or call back after I called the sat when my house was at 80 degrees and no response. Called Monday morning again and waited till 9 am and no response. Also charged a Service call fee that was not even credited toward fixing AC that was never fixed

They try to over charge you. Quoted me $650 for clearing a drain but try to charge me $1,150. Exaggerated prices well over market value for their services. Work only took 45 minutes and they did not even use a camera. Never use them again or recommend them.

Arrived right on time, very professional and knowledgeable. He did the job quickly, cleaned up after himself, and took time to admire my motorcycle before he left.

We had a clogged drain. My husband, who has experience with plumbing and single handedly plumbed a derelict house he purchased years ago, tried to clear the clog himself. He snaked the pipes four times - twice with our old snake and twice with a brand new one. He figured out that the clog was just after an unfortunately placed t-junction, which caused the snake to go the wrong direction. When we called a few plumbers, we explained the situation exactly. TempCare was the quickest and most eager to respond by phone AND text. I am now thinking that should have been a red flag, as we were adamant that it was not an emergency. They really wanted to do the job. Well, they came, after a couple of calls changing their time of arrival - which is not an issue. We were home anyway. The two gentlemen that came seemed friendly enough, but the one actually doing the work spoke no English and my husband had to rely on the second gentleman to translate. After explaining the situation again, they proceeded to snake the drain pipe anyway, at a cost of $450! Do you want to guess what the result of that was? Just what my husband already told them was happening. Then, they suggested cutting into the pipe, as our fittings are old and would never come apart or if so, go back together. This was the correct course of action - BUT THIS SHOULD HAVE BEEN DONE IN THE FIRST PLACE! At a cost of $550. I have no problem paying for something that is needed and gets the job done well. But the first $450 was a complete fleecing of our checkbook. It was unnecessary. Honestly, my husband could have done all the work himself, but he has a full time job and just could not find the time. It was not because he did not know what he was saying or what needed to be done. Anyway, we have tons more plumbing jobs that will need to be addressed, but we will be looking elsewhere. I do not appreciate this type of trickery. TempCare May have what they think is the last laugh because they have an extra $450 of our money, but they lost the possibility of so much more. I would not use them again.

I needed my toilet replaced and was not sure what kind to get to fit my new bathroom. The plumbers came out and went over some different options with me and provided pricing and my toilet was installed that day! When I called the office to make my appointment. The woman who answered my call was very informative and was honest and upfront about everything. She explained the worst-case scenario and the best case scenario. I ended up with the best! They also replaced my outside hose bib while at my home as well. This company is true to form. I would tell all my neighbors and friends about TempCare.

I described the work, I needed to have a toilet removed, a wax ring replaced and about 5' of pipe rodded out...was quoted over the phone $120.00...service technician shows up and say it will cost over $400 to remove toilet, replace wax ring and rod out about 5' of pipe.

My toilet was backing up as well as my bathtub. I called TempCare and spoke with Julie initially. I explained my situation to her and she was so accommodating and informative .She has the plumber out within a few hours.They cleared the drain from the house to the street and found roots and flush able wipes from my grandson. (Take note - the only thing that should go down a toilet is toilet paper) I was so worried this was going to cost me a fortune but the plumbers were just wonderful I will use TempCare for my plumbing needs as well as recommend them to my friends and family.

Quality work and fit our budget cost for our home projects. Job was done in a professional manner. The tech was very professional and cleared any questions I may have had at in the moment. Definitely would consider for any new HVAC related projects.

My furnace was blowing cold air. I called TempCare and they got someone out within 2 hours. The office staff was very professional and polite and the technician was tidy and punctual and fixed my problem right then and there. I have never gotten service like this from a HVAC company before. They were awesome!

I was told by another contractor that I had a gas leak at my gas valve on my water heater. I contacted TempCare and they came out right away and did a thorough inspection and found no gas leak and my water heater was working just fine. I have a new contractor now that I will go to for all my plumbing needs.

My flame sensor had gone bad and it was very cold outside. I called TempCare and they were at my home within 3 hours. Replaced the flame sensor. I have heat now!

Overpriced ripoff! I trusted their charges because they came from the website but then checked out their charges after they did the work and discovered I was charged $500 for 1/2 hour of labor. I called them to discuss it and never got a call back from the supervisor. Lesson learned! Do not use this company for furnace work.

My furnace had gone out right before the new year and I had a house full of company. I called around to a few places but no one could get me in. I found TempCare from all the reviews they had and called them right away. They were there the same night to install a new furnace at my home. They certainly live up to all the great reviews they have gotten. They were fast, courteous and efficient. The pricing was very reasonable too. I have found my forever HVAC company!
