I have used TempCare Heating and Air 2 times in the past month and each time they have come out the have done a exceptional job. I would recommend to all my friends and neighbors.

We stumbled upon TempCare while talking to our new neighbors. We needed duct cleaning done in the worst way as it had never been done prior to us moving in this house recently. I called on a Wednesday and they were back at 8 AM sharp the next day! What a difference cleaning your ducts does. We aren't sneezing and eyes are not itchy! Thank you TempCare! Not only were the techs wonderful, but the in house staff really treated us like we were the only customers for them. Top notch quality!

Gary was excellent! He was prompt and courteous. He found out what the issue was within 3 minutes of being here. I would definitely hire this company again.

My experience with Gary and Tempcare heating and air conditioning far exceeded my expectations. He was on time for his appointment, friendly, courteous and completely professional. He did a thorough inspection of my furnace and accurately identified the problem. He not only replaced the defective part, but completely cleaned the inside of the furnace and even checked my humidifier. Gary took great pains to be respectful of my house and property. The price that company charged was very fair and the service was great. I would highly recommend Tempcare to everyone.

Tempcare company is fantastic! Technician Gary did a great job and was very clean. I have a furnace that's over 20 years old and was waiting for bad news but he was thorough and he took the time to explain what he was doing as he worked. No new furnace needed yet; but, Gary gave me info to research for when I need a new furnace and gave me safety suggestions. Called them for furnace tune up,annual maintenance . They had to replace furnace capacitor,small thing,it cost $7-15 on Amazon . They charged me $200 for item that cost $15, this was a customer price gauging . Never use them again .

They did an exceptional good job, when I ever I thought how easy they pulled out the old AC and then replaced with the newly brought AC, everything was done professionally. I thank you team and the management of TempCare, Will recommend.

Wonderful to work with. Showed up on time and completed an install of air conditioner for us. Pricing is very competitive and I trust their work. Did a great job and even pointed out something that needed to be fixed with our humidifier. I will call them in the future for annual heating maintenance and for other services. 5 stars for service and quality of workmanship.

Tempcare gave me the best rate for my new AC system!! But more importantly, their installers, did a phenomenal job. They went above and beyond and correcting things that weren't original a part of the job. No cutting corners with this company!! I wish them nothing but the best and will definitely be recommending them for all hvac needs!!!

Replaced my furnace. They gave me multiple options to choose from, which I appreciated, as other companies I had out (3 others) basically just gave me a single option. I also added a humidifier on. They were transparent that the furnace I previously had was over sized and gave me the option to go down to a 80K btu vs the 100k that I had. I had them out in the evening on Thursday and furnace was installed Saturday. Unfortunately, by the time we agreed all the appointments were booked for the next day. Technician was great. He did his thing and kept the area clean. Heat has been on a few days now with no issues. It would be helpful if TempCare would offer an instant rebate for the Peoples Gas rebate, opposed to having the customer fill it out and submit. This is how the other companies that I had out handle this and it would have been nice to not have to do the paperwork myself (and to save that $200 from the get go). That being said, it's not the end of the world, just would make the experience simpler for the customer. I would definitely use their services again.

Great service at a fair price. My old furnace stopped operating early in the morning when outside was 15 degrees. Decided to install a new one as soon as possible. Got several quotes on the same day from different companies, decided to go with Tempcare. Quick same day installation at what I believe was a very fair price. Special thanks to Max who provided us with 2 heaters during the installation, it helped us a lot. Would definitely recommend them to all my friends
