These guys are top notch and I would highly recommend them. We had an issue with a motor on the furnace it was making a horrific noise each time it would start. Finally, it stopped working. I called these guys and they were out there that morning and the motor was replaced by that afternoon. Truly more than I expected. Excellent customer service and a reasonable price!!

Tempare really does give a great service.Max was very professional, honest and polite. He explained to us everything, gave comparison of brands and models and even went over every installation step(s). They installed our new furnace on the evening of the same day. When they left, everything was clean. I will recommend them.

Their cleanup was inferior. There was some secondary damage and they acted like it wasn't their fault. The work was good. They did it all in one day.

Tempcare is an amazing company! Their technicians are super nice and experienced. We moved into a new house couple months ago. We had an old furnace which broke down in the first days of winter. We requested several quotes to install a new unit asap. Most of the other quotes were outrageous and high. Rafael, comfort maker from Tempcare worked with us to find the system and configuration that fit our needs and budget. Eventually, he gave us the best quote. They made installation on the next day after estimate approval. Their install took 5 hours and was very professional. They do cooling also and I will definitely be calling them when the time comes to replace our old AC.

My furnace stopped working in the middle of November. I had a company who inspected that the problem was with a blower motor and I decided to install a new furnace. They gave me an estimate for the new furnace which was over $6k. I decided to look for a couple more companies nearby to compare pricing. I found 'Tempcare Heating & Air Conditioning '. I thought I would give them a try as they had a 5-star rating. I was not disappointed! I called and they were able to send a guy out the same day. He gave me 3 furnace model options and explained every step of the installation and the difference between models and brands. After that, I had 2 more estimates from other companies, but their quotes were higher for the same brands. I called Tempcare and approved estimate for the installation of 95% efficiency model. We scheduled installation for the next day. On the next day, a technician Roman arrived at 9 am and easy installed a new furnace just in 4 hours. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. After an Installation, he gave me a lot of advice and tricks about furnace and ac maintenance. Everyone I dealt with from this company was courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. 'Tempcare Heating & Air Conditioning' is now my go-to for all heating and air conditioning needs. Thank you!

Great company and even better group of guys whom came out last minute to diagnose and fix the problem. Thanks for your hard effort! We are once again cool and comfortable in our home! I would certainly hire your company again!

I had them come to do a furnace check-up. I thought they had done this and everything was okay but a few months later I had furnace problems related to things this company should have noticed had they done the check-up correctly. They sent two young guys to do this and in retrospect they were little more than teenagers because of their age could not have had much experience.

Temp Care called very promptly and came out the next day to fix the problem: a broken thermostat. But they charged me $150 for a thermostat that sells on Amazon for $69.99. And $125 for a service call that lasted 30 minutes. They were supposed to deduct $60 from the service call. When I asked for a breakdown of the charges I did not get it, bottom line: I feel I got ripped off.

they added Freon and they left out 7 screws and when i call them back they told me they used new ones when i know they didn't 2 weeks later i asked them to come back out and they said it will be another 49.00 just for them to check on the work they did. I would never used them. When I just paid them 180.00.

Has inexperienced workers. Misdiagnosed problem and tried to sell me a new unit. Stated that I had no freone in the system and I had a leak that he could not find. Never put back the shutoff. new contractor found that I had plenty of coolant but had a bad compressor. I have no faith in TemoCare who charged me $150.00
