They quoted my home siding wash about 6 months ago, then last month they asked me about time that was convenient to me, then they gave me an arrival time, and they did an excellent job. Very friendly and hardworking service crew explained everything and showed me what and how they do. Then the business followed up about quality and my satisfaction. Highly recommend!

Everything was good but they messed up my landscaping and plants and did not fix it.

They did exactly WHAT they said they would, WHEN they said they would, and for the quoted price....even though they did some extra siding cleaning on-site. Dan provides great customer service, including a followup phone call, and Jose, who came to do the work, does an amazing job. No more black streaks all over my roof....it and my gutters look brand mew!

They did a wonderful job power washing the exterior of my house and a winding sidewalk from the driveway, around part of the pool, then up to the patio in the yard. Looked great when finished.

Cittrix Roof Cleaning did an awesome job. They took the black algae stains off our roof and power-washed our siding. I'd told Dan about the water rust stains we had on four of our window frames for literally years now. He assured me the cleaning solution would remove those 10-year old rust stains, and it did! He emailed & called me the day after his crew did the work to make sure we were 100% satisfied. I highly recommend Cittrix Roof Cleaning and will absolutely be using them again soon. Cittrix Roof Cleaning called me immediately when I placed my Home Advisor request. Cittrix also came out the same day in order to provide me with a quote. Once Cittrix return from the property they called me, provided me with a quote and emailed the quote along with additional support documentation regarding the treatment solution that they were going to be using during the scheduled cleaning services, which was schedule to be performed the next day. Upon completion of the work I was provided with a copy my Invoice. Not only was I satisfied with their service. My tenants also sent me an email letting me know that Cittrix did a fantastic job on the house.

The house looks great after cleaning. The only down side, some plants did not survive the project.

The only reason they were late, they had a delivery truck malfunction which delayed them. I got an email showing they would be late, still got the job done and very pleased with work and the results, Yes I would use them again, they did show care for our landscape and property. My wife & I are HAPPY. Feb 2018, we did have lawn die-back, and maybe some damage to the 2 tall evergreens, since then we have sold this residence.
