Good maybe better clean up

They arrived on time and a large crew took down the cable and telephone lines and dropped the power line out of the way, removed the debris, then took down the elm and climbed into my neighbor's eighty foot poplar and my sixty foot mulberry, roped off the overhanging limbs and cut them down section by section safely without damaging any of the lines beneath them. At my request they then stacked the small and medium sized logs for my fireplace, then left mulch from the chipper for my front planting beds. One of the men spread the mulch out for me while I raked the leaves out of the way. They were all very neat, clean, courteous and friendly. They did additional work for my neighbors who saw them here.

Mike and his crew did a great job. They removed some large branches, took out the dead ones and suckers and opened up both trees. The roots from some previously removed shrubs prevented me from planting anything new. They pulverized the roots and planted my new shrubs. They removed all the old branches and did a nice job cleaning up. Mike asked if I was happy with the work and he was willing to trim my trees exactly as I wished.

Mike called the day before he was going to come out, I asked if I had to be there and he preferred I be home so he could make sure I was happy with his work. His crew did a great job trimming and cleaning up after they were done. I had a few estimates and his was the cheapest and his work was great!

Called for an appointment; reached his home phone [i guess]; woman told me she would contact him. Mike called within two hours. He came out to give advice on the trees and an estimate. We made an appontment for a few days later but because of the rain, the work was postponed a week. He called that morning, told me he was on the way. His workers arrived, along with Mike, and got to work. They worked from 8:45 to 2:15 non stop. They all smiled and worked hard -- it made an impression on me. As they completed a tree, they raked and picked up branches from the yard; threw the waste in the truck and the branches in a mulcher. . They did stop my work for about a half hour to work on a tree at the neighbor's across the street. I did wonder if they were going to return to finish my work, but they did. They ground up the roots and stumps and piled the large stumps at the curb to be picked up the next day, thinking someone in the neighborhood would grab them. They didn't, so I called, and Mike came within two days to get the wood. While they were working on my house, I noticed the fachia on my eave was coming off. I asked one of the men if he could fix it since he had a tall ladder. I gave him a hammer and nail; he climbed on the roof and did that for me. It cost me a tip for him, but that was okay. I was just happy they were to do that as I didn't have a ladder and am too old to climb that high. After they were cleaned up, Mike asked if I was happy and if I was happy with the trimming and if there weas something else that needed to be trimmed on them.. He told me he couldn't glue anyof the branches back on. I did tell him about a limb I thought could be cut off. We discussed if it would look right if it were gone. Then he had his men cut the large limb from the tree. All in all, the trees looked beautiful, and we now have a lot of light coming into our house with the downed trees. I have always had my trees trimmed every two to three years, and have always been unhappy with the company I used. Thanks to Angie's list, I found a new company of which I am extremely satisfied and would use them again and agina.

Mike responded the same day to my inquiry and provided me with an estimate that was extremely competitive. He followed up on the initial call and continued to be quite responsive throughout the process. He personally supervised the job and ensured that all elements were completed as promised. He acutally returned a day later to walk the job with me and make sure that I was satisfied before the final bill was paid. He's certainly earned my business in the future.

I had several large branches hanging over the house which resulted in bird droppings, saps from tree falling and a potential for a branch to fall and damage my new roof. I called AAA Arborist and dealt with Michael Blou who was very professional, courteous and a pleasure to deal with. He quoted a good price, came out the next day and did a great job, cleaning up everything they did. I would highly recommend them.

Mike called and came out the same day I called. His quote was so good I decided right on the spot to use him. (Later that day another arborist dropped off a higher quote so I know I made the right decision.) At my request, his crew did the work first thing the next morning - though they were willing to do it the same day. They did a super job. They were efficient, careful and left everything clean. Mike was great. He offered suggestions and even looked at a city tree (on the parkway) to give me his opinion. I would suggest that everyone use this firm. You couldn't do better.

We had seen a report on Angie's List saying to not be scared by AAA Arborists' low bids. Sure enough, we got three bids on doing the work and Michael's was far and away the lowest. He was very casual and just gave us a package price. He came out again for a second estimate when we changed our mind about what trees we were removing, and put everything down in writing. On the agreed upon day, he and his crew showed up right on time. They worked quickly and professionally -- some of the trees were close to our house and/or our shed, and nothing was damaged or even nicked. They left us some logs for our fire pit and hauled everything else away. A great, great job.

Great experience. Called on a Tuesday and owner came out same day for estimate. The work was completed on Saturday. Everything within 4 days.

AAA was excellent. Mike was easy to contact, the estimate was given swiftly, and the quote was significantly more reasonable than the several other companies I called. They asked me about preferences how to handle two large low branches, which I really appreciated. This discussion was hard to do by phone, so I had to be on-site for the job, and they weren't especially prompt. That aside, they were great people to meet in-person. The actual work on the trees was fantastic. The trees look great and seem poised to continue growing happily. They also gave advice about others trees on my property. I wholeheartedly recommend AAA to everyone.

Called company to set up an appointment for 11AM--day of appointment Micahel called to reschedule for 3pm because he was busy-never showed up at at 3pm or called to explain why!

It was a good experience. Mike stayed with his crew the whole time. They were neat, professional & efficient.

They did the work we agreed to and did extra work and trimmed a few more and put the wood chip mulch under our evergreen trees.

AAA Arborist's name was given to us by a friend of my wife and I checked on Angie's List to see how they stacked up. They rated an A so we called and Mike, the owner, came out looked over the property and gave, after asking what we wanted, us a description of what he would do and what it would cost. A few days later he called to tell us when he would be out. That was today, a very chilly March day. He was running a little late but he rang. Upon arrival he verified what was to be done and his two associates began work. They worked quickly and competently. They made short work of the limbs needed to be cut. All the while Mike explained what they were doing and why. He is very friendly and offered advise and friendly conversation during the task. After all was cleaned up and run through the biggest chipper I've ever seen I gladly paid and they were on their way. All in all a very pleasant experience.

Just like clock work. Mike came out quoted the job came back two days later and completed everything according to plan. We most definitely will have him back this coming spring. His prices are the best.

I could not be more pleased. This contractor's price was by far the best of the three estimates I received, and so I was skeptical that the quality of work performed would be comparable. Mike and his crew arrived on time, phoned first to say they were on their way. They took down a 2-1/2 story tall tree within two hours' time, ground the stump, did a careful clean-up. Everyone was courteous, pleasant and responsive. I would definitely recommend them and will probably hire them again to prune some other trees on my property.

I spoke with 8 tree services and I felt that the bids were coming in too high for the work I wanted done. Thats when I called AAA Arborist-Michael came out the next day and gave me a quote. He also had suggestions that none of the other services made. His price was the best and his service was exactly as per the proposal. The work was completed the next day and I am very happy with the result.

They came out and provided a free estimate that was quite a bit less then prior estimates I received. Once I hired them, they came out the next day, on time, and completed the job. Very satisfied.

AAA Arborist took care of the pine tree and stumps within 24 hours of my call for service. The tree, stumps, and debris were gone in less than 20 minutes from arrival to departure.

Mike was very professional and knew exactly what to do to "lighten" up this tree.

We had a suspected tornado come through our neighborhood and damaged a lot of trees. AAA Arborist was the only company to show up and lend a hand to the neighborhood. They showed up and told me about the damage. The price depicts that they were not trying to gouge and take advantage of the situation, just help. They were extremely professional and community oriented.
