Description of Work: CMS Flooring did a pheonominal job refinishing my floors. They also worked with my crazy travel schedule for work and were very accommodating. I would totally recommend them to anyone.

Description of Work: Sanded solid oak floors in living room, dining room, and 1 bedroom approximately 400 square feet. First day to sand down floor remove all bad spots and filled. Had excellent dust collection system no particles in air at all second day applied stain we went from a light oak to black walnut. Third day came back and put final finish coat on. Had to stay off 24 hours.

Description of Work: I needed sanding and refinishing on the home we recently purchased, around 700sq ft. plus 4 small closets.The floors were never refinished in over 60+ years and it showed. After finding CMS on Angie's List they came out to give a estimate. They were lower than the other two estimates plus they gave a discount for being a Angie's List member. They did a excellent job, me and the wife were amazed! We could not believe they were the same floors. Have recommended CMS to anyone in need of a flooring specialist.

Description of Work: CMS installed new prefinished oak flooring in the living room, dining room, family room, and hall of our house. We removed the existing carpet and prepped the floor for installation. CMS installed the flooring and base shoe. The installation went well and everything looks great. The installation took a little longer than anticipated but it was an extensive install. CMS was easy to work with and would use them again.

 + 2 moreworking with Vojtek and this crew was great.I needed to get it all done by the 17 of dec, cause I had family coming in for christmas. all was done on the 16th,they worked late a few night and did not charge me any more.I would use this company again and recommend them to my friends and family.
Description of Work: Front Room Floor was changed from carpet to hardwood,stairs from carpet to hardwood (11).stained and two coats of polyurethane. installed new tile in bathroom floor and tube area. removed all carpet and old tile.

I have seen others who have had their floors refinished and I can easily say ours looks the best in comparison. The crew was very courteous and a pleasure to be around. I know for a fact that I will refer them to anyone who would like to get quality service at a very affordable price.
Description of Work: We had our hardwood floors refinished on the 1st floor. They were responsible for sanding the existing flooring and applying 2 coats of varnish.

 + -1 moreVoytek came out and measured everything. He had pricing the next day and after some negotiation we agreed on a price. His crew moved everything out and then back. He took photos and put things back the way they were or at least as close as we would expect with the amount of stuff we have. He remove all the old carpet and tile and was very efficient and clean. They painted all the baseboards and shoe base and matched our doors perfect. We went on vacation and were concerned about leaving our home to him. He sent us picture messages and stayed in touch the whole time. We had a friend check in and the report was no suprise " These guys are moving fast" . We were so happy to get home and find our rooms put together and clean. What pros these guys are.

 + 0 moreWojteck was on time every day, explained the process and schedule to me, gave me a lot of different color and sheen selections, cleaned up each day, and made sure my wife and I were satisfied before he left every day. I honestly could not have asked for better results. I am in the construction industry myself, and I know what it takes to be a quality contractor who knows his product and delivers. CMS did exactly that. They came highly recommended to me, and I would highly recommend them to anyone else. He will be refinishing my sister in-laws floor this spring! She could not believe how great my floors turned out and wanted hers done as well.....Thanks for the great work!! A Plus!
Description of Work: I had a wonferful expierence withj CMS Flooring. I had approximetly 2000SF of flooring installed and finished at the project turned out wonderful. Wojteck came by for an initial estimate. He measured the rooms, gave me sample boards to choose from, gave his opinion when asked, and knew his product very well.
