I am sorely disappointed in these guys, DO NOT USE. Bought an HVAC from them. Two years later, In December our Heater was touch and go, working one day and dead the next. Had the Tech out 3 times and it was finally 'diagnosed' that the 'Thermostat' was the issue. Was charged for the visit/diagnosis, but opted to buy/install my own thermostat. Heater starts working again with some noise issue, but no longer flatlines. Fast forward to the Summer when our AC goes out 100%. I call on a Friday and am told they will call me right back. 12 Voice mails later, I have my Mother-In-Law call on Sunday night, and they pick up right away (they screen their calls). She asks them to call me back. They tell her that they will have a Tech out to our home Monday morning. No One Calls ME! Tech arrives Monday morning as promised. The Blower (which was thankfully under warranty) is replaced, and I am charged for only labor. However, I already paid more than they were asking for in December, for nothing more than a house call and a misdiagnosis. I inform them I am willing to 'eat' the extra money I was charged from December, but that I refused to pay for a house visits/misdiagnosis, as well as labor for the blower fix, when it was the blower that was on it's last legs in December.

Service was satisfactory.

Came on time. Identified the issue and took care of things quickly.

I was able to get an appointment scheduled within the same week of calling. The team arrived at the scheduled appointment time, walked through with me, explained everything they were going to do, and got to work right away. It was a full day's job, but they worked very efficiently to get it done in the expected timeframe. They were always professional and extremely respectful of our home, careful not to damage anything or make a mess. They covered all the floors and cleaned up everything before they left. After they were gone, we barely knew they were here... except for our beautiful new appliances and bath fans in place. I asked them about our existing whole-home humidifier while they were here. They looked at it, showed me that it was installed incorrectly by the previous homeowner, showed me how it should be installed, and also showed me why it wasn't working. They recommended replacing it as well, if we wanted to. They said they couldn't replace it that day because they didn't have the parts, but when I called to set an appointment, they were here within 2 days and had it installed in no time. I would definitely HIGHLY recommend this company to family and friends.

This is one of five contractors I received bids from. I chose them primarily because of their Angie's list rating, but they were also the most competitive in pricing. The initial inspection and estimate process went smoothly. I received a comprehensive written estimate that took into consideration all of the options I had requested and detailed exactly what was covered in the price. Ultimately, I went with a high efficiency two-stage furnace and AC system. One of the things I loved was that they offered to file the utility rebates on my behalf and gave me an instant discount which saved me money up front. Love, love, love this. Thank you! The installation itself went smoothly, despite the workers having to work around the demands of the lunatic who lives with me. They handled themselves professionally and appropriately in an impossible situation. My only complaint was that they did not file the appropriate permits with the village in advance, nor did they check local building codes before installing the external vents. Both of these issues may have been errors in communication, however they drilled holes in my exterior masonry wall which later had to be relocated, leaving unsightly patches in the brick wall. It is because of these issues that I cannot give them an A rating. I would hire this company again for service or repairs.

They did a great job - this is the third time I've used them for a project. They were on time, neat, and the project was done as quoted. I'd hire them again.

Peter showed up on time.  He listened to our concerns very carefully and suggested a comprehensive remedy to our problem.  I was left very impressed with his knowledge and skills.  Work was performed according to the schedule and without any interruption, whatsoever.  Peter and his team left the work area very neat and clean.  Undoubtedly, I would use Healthy Air's services again in the future.  In fact, I signed up for annual furnace maintenance service with this company.  
No negative comments.

The workers showed up on time and knew what they were doing.  They were willing to accept suggestions, such as better ways to hide vent ducts in the ceiling.  The Healthy Air owner was out of the city for most of the period of work but remained in communication and made it clear to workers that the customer was to be satisfied.  The time needed for completion was as promised.  All in all a good job done at a reasonable price.

It was excellent!  Their price was extremely competitive and nearly 45% less than another estimate that I received.  The owner was very professional and accommodating.  Once, he was very apologetic and even deducted $25 dollars from my final bill when his technician mistakenly brought the wrong equipment for the duct cleaning.  Furthermore, they offered to clean our furnace and air conditioner for $50 each which is a far better deal than others.

The technician was about an hour late to my scheduled appointment, but he had the home office call me to let me know he was running late.  
The technician was thorough in cleaning and servicing my AC unit, but his communication was very poor.  I had some questions but he was more concerned with finishing up my service and being done for the day.  
My unit is running better, but I could use some more info as to why my house doesn't cool very efficiently and he either couldn't or wouldn't answer my questions about that.
The work he did was great and my AC runs better, but I wish I had a more professional tech with better skills at customer service.

A\C did not work. They responded via phone immediately. The service tech's came within two hours and diagnosed the issue. They explained the cost and options and did the work promptly with a minimum inconvenience to my tenants. I would recommend them without hesitation.

Called Healthy Air with no heat, sent out a serviceman immediately.  He showed up within a hour or so.  Once he diagnosed the problem he had to go get the blower motor from the shop, he was back and the motor was running within a few hours.  Great job, clean, efficient, friendly.

I have to say I have not heard of this company before but found out they have been in business for over 10 years, they gave me some references who just loved them so we decided to go with them as the price was a bit better than 2 other estimates we received too. They came out the next day on time  8 sharp as they said and the 2 guys were very polite and got right to work, they did not take any breaks till the job was completed.  They were kind enough to show us what they had done, why it will work much better than the old unit we had and also how the new air filter system will help the air quality in our home (my husband has allergies very bad).
Overall it was a very pleasant experience and I would recommend them to anyone and pretty sure my neighbor already called them. Good Luck guys!

All technicians were punctual and very professional. They always answered all questions that I and my wife had before, during and after the installation. Very professional. They were very clean. We did not have to do too much of the cleaning after the project was completed. And after all - the entire heating/cooling system worked great right after the installation. They are maybe a little pricy but you getting the excellent service and the work is always done professionally. You pretty much are getting what you pay for. And you don't have to worry about single thing cause they finish it from A to Z. I would definitely use this company in a future and would recommend them to all who look for professional heating and cooling services.

The guys from Healthy Air were OUTSTANDING! I recommend them to anyone, it's so nice that from our first phone conversation till the job was completed they did everything they said they would do (and more), on time and at the price they quoted us!  There were no price surprise's or attempts to sell us more services, they went over and beyond what we had expected.  We are so glad we used them and you would be in good hands if you give them a call for your needs too.
