Tom came recommended by my father-in-law and what a great recommendation he was! Tom was a true professional - highly responsive, thorough in his work, and he talked me through exactly what he was doing and why. He even made several suggestions on possible improvements to make to the sink and garbage disposal to avoid problems down the road. His pricing was beyond reasonable for the quality of work he provided and we will absolutely be using him for any future dishwasher or appliance needs. Received a call shortly after posting the request for on my dryer. Tom arrived the next day and the repair was completed in about an hour. He replaced the part and cleaned the motor compartment of lint/dust. I even got some tips on how to get the best results from my dryer by not over loading it with wet wash. He is scheduled to return soon for repair on the stove. I would recommend this company to my friends.

Tom quickly identified the issue causing a water leak in my utility room. He suggested a brand/model for the water heater and performed a quality installation. He demonstrated a high attention to detail and also fixed issues from the original water heater installation that the previous company had carelessly left behind.

Punctual, very good at communicating the entire repair process. Hired them to fix my dryer. We had an issue with finding a part, Tom was able to find a part quickly to get my dryer repaired. I recommend them for anyone that needs their dryer fixed.

We hired this company to repair this washer. unfortunately after 4 visits this company has done a lot of checks in the dishwasher and at this point they have not finish it. I paid $500.00 in order to fix it, and based on our experience I believe that they are not able to do the service.

Tom was able to come out the next morning after I contacted him. My washing machine was squeaking during the spin cycle. He replaced some parts, and it took just a little over an hour. Did a load of laundry that same night and no more squeaking. Quick response time and the job was done right! I will be calling this company again if I need any other appliance repairs.

We had a hood vent intstalled above our range. Tom did a professional job. He had to cut out cabinets to make the vent fit and we are happy with finished product. Looks custom and clean very clean work. We also had Tom install a ceiling fan and he knocked that out quickly. A++ would recommend and use service again.
