They were knowledgeable about refrigerators they were going to replace a capacitor relay with the proposed to turn the the condenser on and off to regulate refrigerant. But because the refrigerant was low. They ended up not being able to do that . So they just charged me for a service call.

The technician was prompt and very knowledgeable. He was polite and answered all my questions. He was very pleasant and l felt very comfortable with him. I will definately use him the next time l need a repair

Tom went above and beyond to find the parts for our older dryer. My husband is seriously sick and trying to order a new one right now would be too overwhelming. Tom stuck with fixing it and I couldnâ  t be happier would definitely hire them again.

The repairman contacted me quickly and arrived on time to fix my washing machine. I asked him if the machine was worth fixing because I did not want to spend a lot of money if it made more sense to buy a new machine. He said that he would let me know. He continued to pull the machine apart and at one point left to pick up a new part. He returned, installed the new part and got the machine running, however I commented that it did not sound right. He assured me that it was fine. I paid him $500 and 10 minutes after he left the machine stopped working again. I called him and he told me to unplug it so it could reset. I did this multiple times, but nothing changed. He came back the next morning and I told him again that I do not want to spend anymore money on this and he told me he would figure this out. He cleaned cleaned it and got it running again. He then asked for another $80. As we were talking the machine stopped again. I ended up buying a new one. Very expensive non repair.

Hire these guys! I had 2 other companies come by my house to take a look at my dryer that was not working. Neither of them left with a solution and recommended I call Samsung directly. I figured I would try one more company and was lucky enough to get Tom from Trusted Hands. He was outstanding, talked me through the issue, very friendly, and was able to fix my dryer! They were running an extra discount for new customers so that was also a plus. Quick and reliable. Highly recommend!!

They were quick to respond and showed up on time. They did a great job putting in my dishwasher and hauled away the old one. All the connections were good, no leaks. Very easy to deal with, very nice.
