They delivered what they promised for a replacement water softener. If you unit is older than 10 years, just replace it. Technology is better and it's not worth the parts & labor to fix an old style dial unit.

Excellent customer service and attention to the client. Service showed up on time within established window and work was done quickly and service rep was very helpful with my questions. Pricing seemed slightly expensive for the service provided though I do not have much experience with other companies so that may be a non-issue. Overall, I was pleased to have worked with them.
