They will give a flat reasonable price. I said yes and he was here in an hour (luck?). In two hours I was done! I had spent three hours prior getting appointments just to quote -leaving me afraid it could be many days with fear of backups.

I knew the price up front. $150 was there standard rate. They handled the clogged sink quickly and I was able to pay over the phone. Great as an out of state landlord. They took detailed pictures of the sink and clean out and didn't charge the card until my approval. Loved having the price up front.

Edit 11/20/19: On 02/28/18, my basement flooded 9 inches because the service that Tony's did was so poor that it actually didn't even clear out my sewage blockage, they only poked a small hole in the blockage that allowed the original back up to flow through. I had to pay $1000 to get my line re-rotted out. When I had this second company come out to re-rot out the line, they confirmed that the equipment that Tony's used was much too small and only temporarily fixed the issue. Because of Tony Drain & Sewer, I had to throw out thousands of dollars worth of items in my basement, including priceless photos, childhood momentoes, and family air-looms that were ruined because of the of standing water. I also had to replace my furnace and deep freeze because of the water damage. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Wonderful customer service and quality of service! They were very helpful with my sewage blockage and even though they had issues at first fixing it, they continued to try and fixed it!

When I placed my request on Home Advisor, Tony's contacted me within minutes. They were very flexible when scheduling the appointment, they showed on time, and did a great job.

They responded to my request for a quote very quickly. They were able to complete the work the same day and they had the best price from the list of providers I received from Home Advisor. Everything was great from the phone service to the technician that arrived. I will definitely request them should we need more work in the future.
