Excellent. The installation of the new water heater was more complicated due to the fact the new water heater was bigger than the old one. The servicemen were able to complete the job without extra charges. Ibbotson is a great company, highly recommend them.

Ibbotson was able to get a service tech to my house within hours of my call. It wasn't an emergency but without heat, we'd have had a very cold night or two. I really appreciate that they were able to get my boiler up and running that day. The tech was courteous & knowledgeable. He recognized the problem quickly and even though the repair was going to take longer than he'd expected, he stayed until it was done. I didn't get the impression that Ibbotson was pressuring him to get moving to his next appointment. Very professional company all across the board.

Everything went very well, and I was fully satisfied with the service performed. Dino was the technician who serviced my system. He performed a general inspection, washed the condenser coil, and added 2-lbs of freon. He was very professional and knowledgeable. The people I spoke with in the office were also very professional.

We had to replace our AC system. Ibbotson was great! Brian was outstanding. He was always available to answer my questions and concerns. He came to our house several times to look at the issues we were having, and during the installation. The technicians were professional, friendly and got everything on schedule. Everything went as planned. Their pricing was very competitive compared to other estimates I received. I would recommend them and will continue using them for all our HVAC.

They are very good and booked up, it was a 2 week wait but they were here when they said they would. The service was very good.

The installer arrived on time and got right down to work. He was very professional, was very thorough and explained everything he was doing. Aaron showed up within 30 minutes of me placing a service call. He was very knowledgeable. He was here for about an hour and fixed our boiler. I will definitely use them in the future (and request Aaron!).

I called for pricing and was able to immediately speak with staff that was knowledgeable on the humidifier we needed replaced. He gave me a couple of pricing options and answered several questions I had regarding the installation procedure, our existing conditions and concerns for future use (our furnace is towards the end of it's life). When I scheduled the work, availability was within a reasonable time. They stated they would be there at 8 but warned it may be just after due to travel. The day of installation went exactly as hoped. Two technicians arrived just after 8 am. They were eager, professional, positive and knowledgeable. The work was completed within a couple of hours. They protected the work path well and communicated during the work. We have white carpet so I appreciated the attention to making sure it didn't get traffic. Looking forward to working with Ibottson should we have a future heating and cooling need.

Ibbotson technician called before arriving, was pleasant, professional, and helpful. He thoroughly cleaned and inspected my forced-air gas furnace, then checked, cleaned, and replaced filter in my humidifier. Prior to leaving, he spent some time with me, explaining and showing me carefully what he had done and making suggestions about maintaining my equipment. He also included suggestions for future maintenance that were not necessary at this time. This was the type of courteous and professional representation that I want to see from a contractor.

Their price was inline with other estimates and they use good products. They finished the work in 2 days as expected and were very professional. When the inspector came for final inspection he found 2 minor issues (and he was surprised to find anything when he saw who performed the work, saying that they are usually perfect). Ibbotson came back to take care of the two items right away.

The appointment was scheduled at 8 am. At 750, I received a call informing me the technician was enroute. He arrived right on time, and came in and started working. He pointed out a couple of things that I could do to improve the efficiency and safety of my home. He went to the outside unit, and also pointed out a safety hazard for my neighbor. He finished the work on my home, and did not charge me anything, as Ibbotson has this arrangement in which you pay once yearly for heat and AC checks. I love that service. It also gives a discount for emergency service.Then he went to my folks' home to service their air conditioner. So impressed with this company, I've used them for years and they just get better and better. Have thought the technicians in every case were polite and quite knowledgable. Price is reasonable, and I trust them.

I do not write many reviews as I am very hard to please. This review is long over due!. The workers were were very professional, punctual and courteous! They wasted no time what so ever, everything was accomplished in two working days which was on target for the work. I also added the main floor zone split so I was very impessed that they took this in stride and completed the work in the time quoted. They used drop clothes to catch any dirt and debris. They cleaned up when the work was done. All in all I can definitely recommend Ibbotson to everyone for their HVAC needs!

I had the misfortune of loosing my air conditioning when the old furnace gave out. Due to my impatience I initially choose another heating cooling contractor that could come out sooner. Bad move! The other heating cooling company installed a new furnace that never fixed the air conditioning issue. Even after two days of pondering the problem the other company couldn't identify a cause and stated it was probably our 7year old air conditioner that needed to be replaced. They offered to make a nice package deal out of it. That's when I called Ibbotson back. The identified the problems within 5 minutes. We had the poorly installed furnace removed and returned to the other company. A new furnace was then installed. Everything was up and working that day without a glitch. I've used Ibbotson in the past and will definitely be using their services again in the future. Thank you Ibbotson for helping out of a difficult situation . You're the best!

I spent around $300. They were very available. Our heater went out so it was kind of cold and we had other issues at the house at that point so they were quick in getting out to the house to fix it. We called them at the last minute and they came out very quickly.

They have always been very reliable and I have a contract with them in my last house. At that time, my husband was very sick and I remembered calling them at two o'clock in the morning and they sent somebody out very quickly to get the heat going again. And it was part of the contract. They are good about coming and they are good about not not finding things outside the contract to charge for. They do not push you to get new equipment. My equipment's old and they have consistently said that it is old but it's still working well.

They were excellent! They were very knowledgeable, efficient, and courteous from beginning to end! They came in and did exactly what they said they were going to do. They use only top quality materials in their work. They did the work very well and I would recommend them to anyone in the area. This company is very trustworthy.
