On time, nice, did the work and threw in a few tips for keeping my poor, old furnace going for couple more years until I can afford a new one.

They did very well. They are very reasonable. They do good work. They weren't the cheapest, but they weren't the most expensive. We were looking at quality. Even though the price is important, but quality is important in everything we look at. Two people came out to complete the project and it took about 5 hours. They left the area better then they found it. They listened to all my questions. They answered all my questions without getting annoyed. They were very professional, very up front.

I've been using them for 35 years. We've got them booked in to do the heating system review at the end of April when they have their annual heating sale. I've used them enough that I've purchased one air conditioner and one heating system from them at different times. Since I've used them for so long, I'm not sure about their pricing, but I think it's pretty good. They were here for about an hour to do the repair. They were excellent. If anybody called me, I'd recommend them.

The two workers who installed the new furnace did a good job. Given Ibbotson is a smaller company, I had to wait about two weeks to get the furnace installed. On the scheduled day the workers were on time and worked quickly to get the job finished. As I write this review it has been about 6 months since the installation. We've had no problems with the furnace during the course of the heating season.

I've always been very pleased with their work, never had any problems.. They follow up on taking care of whatever they're maintaining.

I've been using them for 50 years. I have a service contract with them. I don't use anybody else. Their price is fair. You get what you pay for. There was never a problem with the technician. They take care of it.

Awesome!! They helped make an awful situation bearable. Our furnace died at 11:00pm on a Sunday. We left a message on their emergency line. They returned our call first thing when they opened on Monday. Brian came out rigged a blower motor to get us heat again until a new furnace could be installed. He was here for almost 2 hours. Didn't charge us anything. No service call charge. No labor charge. No charge for the borrowed motor. He did all this for us so we could make it thru til a new furnace (and as it turns out a new water heater) could installed!! We called out a few others who could only give us estimates on a new furnace but could solve or care to try to solve our current dilemma...we had no heat during a wicked cold spell. Ibbotson treated us like family. They really cared about making the customer happy and not just about the bottom line. A rare quality in our world today. Their prices were also not inflated to take advantage of our situation. Brian was honest and straight forward. Not trying to sell us anything we didn't want or need. We honestly could not have asked for a better experience. Customer service was beyond compare and the installers were friendly, efficient, and left the area in our furnace room cleaner than when they arrived!!! We highly recommend ibbotson!!

The installation seemed to go really well. Jonathan explained everything thoroughly and the work appeared good. He did have to call someone from the office out to confirm his approach to the installation and that person was rude and offensive. If he was the installer this would be a very different review. But he was gone quickly. I'd recommend working with Ibbotson, but ask for Jonathan!

They come on time and do a good job.

Great! Very professional from start to finish and even fixed a chimney cap issue that had (unbeknownst to us) been letting squirrels nest in our chimney!

Service performed as scheduled and completed on time. Problem was diagnosed promptly and defective part replaced. The part required however, had to be picked up from a nearby supplier. Which added less than half an hour to the total service time. All in all, the whole experience with this company was very satisfactory, despite the added time.

I cannot say enough how happy we are with the experience. The price was fair, they were on time and the work was done very neatly with respect for my home. They were very friendly and business like. You will not go wrong with hiring them for your hvac work. I have not have many contractor experiences as good as this one. Leroy particularly was a great technician.

They diagnosed a failed compressor, explained my options, and provided a very competitive estimate for the replacement. The replacement was performed quickly, with all the work explained in detail. The workmen were professional and courteous, would definitely use Ibbotson Heating and AC Company in the future.

Great! Jeff arrived on time, did the work efficiently, and took the time to explain the details of the service. I've had family members use less expensive services and wound up with their heat going out shortly afterward. I am sold on Ibbotson.

The salesman arrived on time. He was friendly, helpful and not rushed. He answered all our questions and had good advise on the type replacement furnace and A/C appropriate for my home. He included the $100.00 Angies list discount in the total cost. He said allow two days for installation. Scheduling installation was very easy. On the first day of installation the two technicians arrived on time at 8am. They were friendly and knowledgeable. They each had no problem explaining what they were doing during installation as I enjoy learning what the technicians are doing. They even took time to meet our dog. I had prepared to live with out air conditioning on that warm evening after the first day of installation however by 4pm the air conditioner was fully functional. The technician was very patient as he assisted me in setting up the smart thermostat with Wi-Fi. On the second day, one technician arrived promptly at 8am to complete the furnace installation. He explained the differences between my old furnace and my new two stage furnace and air conditioner as it I would notice it functions differently than my old HVAC system. He gave me a good picture on how the entire system worked, including how the fan would operate and the codes the furnace displays when it is working. He completed installation by 4pm. The entire installation experience was the best I have ever experienced. They were knowledgeable, courteous and clean. They even thoroughly cleaned the area around my old furnace before installing the new one. There was nothing to clean up after the installation. The only evidence that work had been done was the shiny new furnace and A/C standing in place of the old units. Their office is submitting my rebate application to Lennox and they assisted me in applying for an energy rebate from my electric provider. I have been a long time customer of Ibbotson and this is why. Installation was performed as promised and everything functions as promised.

We had three people out to quote the job, and Ibbotson had the best price. They've always done a good job for us over the various trips they've made to our home.

Went great. I had been using another heating company that kept telling me nothing was wrong and Ibbotson found the problem immediately and even worked with the furnace manufacturer to obtain the warranty part from their distributor so I did not have to pay for the part. Would definitely recommend them for any heating or air conditioning work needed.

They showed up on time, made sure I understood what they would be doing, cleaned our air conditioning unit, tested unit to be certain it was providing cool air and responding to the thermostat. I have used Ibbotsons for years for our air conditioner, including replacement, furnace, and water heater. They provide excellent service.

The installer and his helper were professional in their approach to the whole project. I would say the installer knew more about boilers than anyone else I've dealt with in the 40+ years we've had the system. The necessary re-piping and installation went well and looked as good as a boiler system can look. I have nothing but positive comments about the installer and Ibbotson Heating, as a company.

I've used them since the 1960s. We continue to use them because their service is consistent. They're professional, they clean up after themselves and they handled the whole job very well. I had a yearly maintenance check-up scheduled for Tuesday the 20th - due to cracks in the furnace the representative decided it needed to be replaced. While he was here he called out to make sure that the right furnace was available and he came back a day later to install it.
