Description of Work: Ibbotson had called me to schedule a service appointment as per my service contract. Their technician came on time, checked both the heating and cooling systems and replaced a part in the furnace. He worked quickly and efficiently and was very courteous as he explained what he was doing. I am very pleased with Ibbotson. As per my service contract, there was no charge! 5/12/2016

Description of Work: We are very happy with the new furnace installation from Ibbotson. Everyone was very professional, from Brian who came out and gave us the estimate to the 2 guys that installed the unit. They were thorough, pleasant and left the area very clean. They will be back to install a new A/C unit in a month.

Description of Work: My furnace was replaced. It was working, but was 40 years old and it seemed like it was time. They came out a day after I called and gave me an estimate, and were willing to come the next day to do the work. Not only did they replace the furnace, but for a nominal fee, they fixed the vent on my water heater which was not properly installed (by a different company). They were great!

Description of Work: Zach Budreweit went out of his way to help us escape from this cold mess. He went fifty miles out of his way to get a part. First of all, we originally had someone from All Temps, who misdiagnosed our furnace issue, and cost us $150+ just to come and look at it. Zach found the diagnosis was incorrect, which could have initially lead us to cheaper savings. Zach explained what he was doing and what was wrong from start to finish. He never was tired or getting frustrated with the multitude of questions we had for him. He's also very honest and will try to save you money in the long run. Description of Work: Our 7 year old a/c was damaged by the company who installed new siding for us. We obtained 3 bids for a new a/c- the sales person for Ibbotson came back on his own time to test if there was a leak in the line as suspected. This testing enabled me to get reimbursed by the siding company! Excellent service people with this company and we intend to continue this relationship.

Their pricing was competitive among the three companies that gave us estimates. | |From their sales guy, Brian, to their installers, Tobie and Jonathon, it was a great experience. Not that we love replacing HVAC, but the process was done professionally, respectfully and with great customer service. | |We were pleasantly surprised that the old furnace and new furnace went up and down our basement stairs without a mark to the walls. The A/C was replaced without any damage to our garden. Both Tobie and Jonathon were so careful, competent and focused. | |The installation took the estimated two days. The village inspectors passed both installations, and mentioned that it is unusual for both to pass without any problems. Ibbotson's work is precise and clean, and we are truly pleased that we chose Ibbotson for this job. |

Description of Work: They checked furnace/air conditioning and repaired humidifier. They were professional and did a good job. We would use them again.

Description of Work: They replaced an old broken furnace with a new furnace. My first call was on a Sunday. I called their emergency line and they sent a repairman out within 1/2 hour. The next morning they came back and started work at 8am. We had a new furnace and warm home by the late afternoon. Very professional and worked the entire time without breaks.
