Demitri and Gus were terrific. Gus was very friendly and eager to get the work done, and Dimitri was very knowledgeable and caring in his approach. I was a little frustrated that my big investment in my big screen 4 years ago was now no good, but they assured me it is not that uncommon for not only my brand TV but many others they see. My kids leave the TV on in basement with video games way too long, often overnight, and that may have had something to do with the power burning out. I was very pleased that in 4 days the TV is back in service and I didn't have to leave the comfort of my own home to make that happen. Each day they came out, they gave me a cell phone call when they were on their way and gave me a 1-2 hour window they would be there (within 1 hour the second two times) and they were there. I didn't have to sit around a half day waiting for them. The cost of the service included the cost of the original service call for the estimate, plus the two follow up calls to take and bring back the TV when the part repair didn't work on the spot. They said it is not very common that they have to take the TV, but in my case, I didn't care...I was just happy they got it back working and the picture looks great. Gus also helped me out with a cable connection problem on another TV, for no charge, and both he and Demitri were very patient with my many questions about the situation. I highly recommend D&G Electronics.

The original time estimate was 1 week. I called after 2 weeks and the TV was not repaired. They estimated another week. This went on for almost 3 months. Calls were rarely returned. In the end, the quality of repair was good, but the time to complete the job was completely unacceptable. I will not use them again. This had happened another time with D&G but we decided to give them a second chance. Never again.

The TV was left by the previous owner to a home I bought. I had no idea how old the unit was (estimated 10-15 yrs.). When it started having picture problems, I called D&G. Unfortunately the part I needed was not readily available so they had to take the TV back to their shop to repair it. It was very big and very heavy and the repair guys had to do some heavy lifting to get it out of my house and into their truck. They warned me it make take some time to fix an older set like this and it took about a month, but they did fix the problem. The only strike against them is they didn't call with an estimate after they had taken the set to their shop (though it did fall within what I figured it would from researching similar problems online). However, their professional attitude and quality of the work made up for the missed phone call regarding the estimate.

The picture on my TV was distorted. This problem occurred frequently but intermittently. Naturally, when the repairmen from D&G came, the picture was fine. Nevertheless, within less than one minute they diagnosed the problem based on my description. They took the TV and returned it two days later. The picture was perfect and the TV returned a day early!

The company was very responsive. I called on Monday, they came out on Tuesday (less than 24 hours later). They removed a part to take to the shop and said it would take about one week to test and order the part from Sony. They called back on Friday morning to say it was ready and came out at 1:00. Fixed the TV and it works beautifully. They put the TV back in place (it's humungous!), pet the dog, and left. I'd definitely call them again!

THIS COMPANY RETURNED ALL CALLS WE MADE TO THEM. THE STAFF WAS VERY HELPFUL AND SET UP AN APPOINTMENT AND SHOWED UP ON TIME. THE MAN WAS VERY FRIENDLY.
