Jesus was great, quick follow up on a small job. I had slight water damage in front of dishwasher and he jumped! Really hard to find a quality company willing to do a $150 5x7 oak floor area. Plus matched the former finish

Great experience. Owner has high moral standards. The owner looked very carefully at each section of our floors to determine what was underneath so he could bring the new wood flooring we didn't even know we needed. His care saved us time and money. Owner employs his own crews so it was a much different experience than larger companies that send subcontractors. His workers were careful, smart and nice people to have in my home. it was a great experience from start to end. My oak floor had substantial pet-inflicted damage (stains, scratches), and it now looks fantastic. I also had a three season room floor that needed work. We discussed my options, they made recommendations, and it, too, turned out fabulous. Prompt, professional, immaculate. I highly recommend All-Pro!

I had originally asked Xcel in Crystal Lake to refinish my floors. We set up time for an estimate, I took time of work and waited. He never showed or answered the phone. So I used homeadvisor to find someone else. Chicago Professional Flooring contacted me, inspected for an estimate when they said they would and arrived to complete the job at the agreed time. I left them the keys and returned 3 days to beatifully refinished hardwood floors. Nice job guys!

Arno & company were great. His crew did a great job and I can't believe how great the 80+ year old floors now look. Additionally, in dealing with our particular house, project parameters, and budget, he let us know upfront the issues we should expect dealing with a refinishing job that included putting areas of new floors to be incorporated with existing 80+ year old floors. We would recommend Arno and CPF to anyone.

They repaired and refinished a parquet floor in our church's fellowship hall during a nasty heat wave without A/C. The job became much more complicated than expected. They were extremely professional, pleasant, punctual and tidy. They did a beautiful job and we're very happy with the work.

Uses water based product. Does not hold up. Also, I needed an area with water damage fixed, and they did not fix properly.
