I was very happy with the flooring job Arnold and his team completed for me. I was out of town for 10 days and Arnold worked with my neighbor to set the date and get access to my home. He completed the job before I got home and it looks beautiful. I highly recommend Chicago Professional Flooring.

We had approx 2,000 sqft Brazilian Cherry we wanted to sand and stain, to get the red out. Arnold was very professional and knew exactly what he was doing, and recommended the best options. We went through a couple of rounds doing sample staining, and the result was really stunning - a beautiful "walnut" color and a floor that looks like brand new. (No damage to floor boards). Arnold also made sure they finished on time, even if that meant some over time from the guys.

Great care was taken to fix flaws in our flooring before beautifully restoring the look as well. Workers were friendly, the and President was courteous about calling ahead to indicate a time of arrival for consult and wrap-up.

They offered greener options that were safer for children and pets. They were prompt in providing details I needed and quotes. I was impressed with their service level overall.

Arnold and his crew did a great job, floors turned out spectacular. Very polite and professional team.
