CP Flooring

Everything went well and we are very pleased with our new wood floors.

We are entirely satisfied with our experience with CPF from the initial face-to-face contact for estimates thru the final completed project. CPF wasn't satisfied unless we were completely happy with their work. The work crew was dedicated, conscientious and punctual. The finished product is first rate. We were even given the detailed instructions for the care of our new hardwood floors. All in all, a pleasant experience.

I had 3 companies come and look at the work I needed done and give me an estimate. (Dining room, living room, office and a hallway needed sanding and refinishing) All 3 companies were approximately the same price. One gave me an estimate written on the back of his business card. Not professional - scratch one company. One company said he could have it done in one day. (Using the same finishing product as Chicago Professional Flooring and only 2 coats) Doing it in one day just doesn't sound reasonable for the amount of work I needed. Sounds like someone who wants to come in, get it done, give me the check and I'm outta here. To me - red flag. CPF took the time to assess the job, explain to me what would happen, the products used and the time it would take. Estimate: 2 1/2 to 3 days. It actually took 4 days but that was because I needed more repairs than originally thought. (Floor was covered with carpet, once carpet was removed, more damage than originally seen) Repairs were absolutely terrific. Boards were feathered in and if you never saw the floor before, you would not know that boards had been removed and replaced. Three coats of finish and the floor looks brand new! I couldn't be happier. I need two bedrooms done now and I will be using Chicago Professional Flooring. AND they are registered with the Better Business Bureau, another selling point for me.

Was very pleased with the prompt and courteous response. They were very reasonable with price and very efficient. I would not hesitate to hire them again.

I am so glad I decide to use this company to do the project. They did good job. I asked about six different companies to come to my home before I make the decision. This company does not play price game, from very beginning I can tell they pay attention on details. They count every corner; all other companies give me an even number for how many square feet materials need to buy, but they give me a number that�s closest to my blue print copy which I get from the builder when I bought the house years ago. And, especially the company�s owner, Arnold, he is so �picky�, he save almost every piece cut materials until the project finished, I bought about 10% more materials, but after project finished, I got close to 8% materials left. He always tells his worker this or that to making sure things are right. At every corner, every line up, he was so picky, he wants to be perfect for everything. Yeah, I and my wife like the PICKY, that turned the job to a great done. Price: In fact they are not the lowest price offer from the six companies. But I can feel I am dealing with an honest company so we decided to use their service. During the project, the company is trying everything to help me save money. No hiding price at all!! People: the company�s people are very nice and polite. Respect time, come on time, clean the working area and put the tools together before they leave, then my 21 months old baby still able to walking around although the project not finished. They put the construction waste in bags, and put all of them together in a corner of my front yard. When the project finished, they clean the room twice, put the furniture back to place, and even wipe out the dirt from the TV�etc Project: The Company did great job. Pay attention on detail. Perfect!! They deserve this word for their work.

Arnold is very professional and easy to work with. He told me exactly what needed to be done, and did a great job. My floors had been in very bad condition, but they are now beautiful.
